Role Description We are expanding our sales team with a dedicated Account Executive (AE) for EMEA. We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive (AE) with experience selling technology products (ideally SaaS) remotely using phone, email, and web presentations. The role would suit an ambitious individual with several years of sales experience, either as an SDR or junior AE who is looking to step into a full cycle AE role. The incoming AE will take ownership of the EMEA book of business, working closely with the existing rep on territory transition and shared learnings. This is a remote role. - Sell Digify products to SMB, mid-market, and occasionally enterprise customers. - Develop real connections quickly with prospective customers over phone or video calls. - Qualify and understand prospective customers’ needs, with some sensitivity to the variety of business cultures, languages, and buying contexts across EMEA markets. - Recommend appropriate solutions acting as a consultant, and conduct product demos if necessary. - Receive customer feedback and communicate what you learn to the product and marketing teams. - Manage inbound flow from multiple channels — trial signups, General Query tickets, and RFP / quote requests — prioritising by fit and urgency. - Run deal follow-ups efficiently, using recorded calls for follow-up emails, mutual action plans, and deal reviews. - Capture all customer interactions in CRM (Hubspot), and feed trends, objections, competitive signals and other statistics back to the team. - Use a structured methodology to qualify your deals and communicate progress using a shared language (MEDDPICC & BANT). Qualifications - A strong track record of successfully selling SaaS or cloud software products. - Comfort selling across multiple markets, with some awareness of data-protection concerns that frequently arise in our buyer conversations. - Strong sales qualification skills. - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and succinctly — Digify buyers include a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. - Strong written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills in English. Additional European languages, such as German or French, are a plus. - Ability to effectively build rapport & trust with customers. - Strong ability to educate and sell at the same time. - Disciplined deal handling — comfortable working a steady stream of trial signups and inbound queries while protecting time to develop your own pipeline, conduct live demos and close deals. - Active, daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as a baseline part of your workflow — for call prep, research, prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
