• Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion pipelines, establishing standards for data ingestion, transformation, and storage • Integrate data from multiple management and financial systems (batch and streaming) • Design and implement a modern data platform using Azure (ADLS Gen2-based architecture) • Define data architecture patterns, including medallion (bronze/silver/gold) layers • Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory • Handle diverse data formats (structured, semi-structured) • Structure and manage data using bronze/silver/gold layers (medallion architecture) • Optimise data storage, partitioning, and performance • Integrate ADLS with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics / Databricks, and Power BI and downstream analytics tools • Implement data governance, security, and access controls (RBAC, IAM, ACLs) • Ensure data quality, lineage, and metadata management • Support business teams with data modelling and availability • Monitor performance and troubleshoot data platform issues • Define and implement access control (RBAC, ACLs) and data security and compliance standards.

• Deliver structured project management leadership across strategic and client-focused initiatives that support global expansion and scalable client growth • Oversee product implementation for existing clients, ensuring smooth deployment and successful adoption • Manage strategic company opportunities like TripSource, APA, HPA, NDC, VPA • Identify process alignment and efficiencies across the GCT organization which can be cross utilized to generate speed to implementation • Act as central communicator to keep key stakeholders abreast of current project deliverables, milestones and any potential risks to ensure we meet stakeholder expectations • Manage business planning tools and processes (e.g. Smartsheet) to support portfolio visibility • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration • Maintain and optimize Salesforce data accuracy, reporting, and operational usage • Leverage global, regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects • Manage Project risks

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer • Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can consistently provide consultation to the customer • Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) • Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with client to provide suggestions for improvement • Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

• Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfil client requests accurately and efficiently • Manage travel requests via telephone, mobile phone, email, text messaging, WhatsApp, and other client-preferred communication channels, always delivering exceptional VIP service • Search, create, modify, and confirm complex domestic and international travel reservations • Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level, VVIP and Media & Entertainment travellers, providing proactive travel consultation and support • Fulfil all travel requests in accordance with DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and immigration requirements • Apply expert knowledge of airline, hotel, rail, chauffeur and car rental supplier rules and fare regulations • Manage schedule changes, disruptions, ticket exchanges, reissues, refunds, and complex itinerary amendments • Proactively monitor and track traveller movements and flights, identifying delays, cancellations, schedule changes, and operational disruptions before they impact the traveller • Provide immediate assistance and alternative travel solutions during irregular operations to ensure seamless travel experiences • Support a 24-hour, 365-day-a-year operation, ensuring continuous service and flight monitoring for VIP and high-profile travellers across multiple time zones • Maintain and develop current knowledge of industry developments, airline policies, travel regulations, and supplier updates • Upon joining the team, provide coverage for existing VVIP accounts during periods of annual leave, absence, or increased workload, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining the highest standards of client support.

• Assist with daily monitoring of e-invoicing flows and identify invoices requiring investigation or follow-up • Investigate invoice failures, rejections, and data quality issues, escalating complex matters to the E Invoicing Manager as required • Support the maintenance of customer master data, routing IDs, PEPPOL identifiers, tax categories, and mandatory invoicing fields • Perform regular reviews of customer and invoice data to ensure completeness and accuracy • Assist with onboarding activities for new countries, including testing, documentation, data validation, and user support during go-live activities • Provide first-line support to Finance, Customer Service, and local market teams by answering process-related questions and assisting with training materials • Work with the E Invoicing Manager to coordinate with PEPPOL access point providers, SAP teams, and external vendors on operational issues • Help track regulatory and process changes and ensure supporting documentation is maintained and updated • Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, country guides, and troubleshooting documentation • Produce regular reports on invoice performance, transmission success rates, open issues, and data quality metrics • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy • Provide general administrative and project support to the E Invoicing Manager, including meeting coordination, action tracking, and follow-up activities.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows). • Build workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase process consistency. • Develop scalable, supportable solutions using approved Power Platform tools and patterns. • Contribute to enhancements and continuous improvement of existing automations. • Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and business goals. • Document current-state and future-state processes, translating requirements into technical designs. • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization. • Recommend practical, user-friendly solutions aligned with operational needs. • Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot production issues promptly. • Perform root cause analysis, defect resolution, and ongoing maintenance. • Develop solutions in line with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance standards. • Create and maintain technical documentation, support guides, test plans, and release notes. • Collaborate with analysts, developers, business stakeholders, and technology partners globally.

• In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts payable processes. • Complete timely, clear, and accurate monthly reports and follow up on aged items • Assist with the review and maintenance of AP Purchase Orders, Credit Card Reconciliation and Intercompany Reconciliation • Reconcile vendor statements with the AP subledger; investigate and clear aged open items, unmatched credits, and duplicate invoices • Ensure month-end checklist items are processed accurately and on time; support year-end closing activities related to AP • Provide ad hoc research and reporting for Supervisors, Managers, Directors, and regional finance teams • Assist in audits related to accounts payable functions

• Deeply understand configuration workflows, pain points, and scalability constraints • Ensure admin tools reduce manual effort, errors, and dependency on engineering teams • Management of PNR formats globally • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Admin & Configuration Platform • Work closely with Travel Commerce Product Managers to ensure admin capabilities support go-to-market needs • Partner closely with engineering, UX, and architecture to deliver high-quality solutions • Partner with Implementation and Operations teams to streamline onboarding and configuration at scale • Represent Admin Product management in projects

• Responsible for day-to-day management of a travel consultant team • Managing key performance indicators (KPI) and workload • Providing assistance and coaching to team members • Collaborating with performance data to maximize team effectiveness • Developing learning programs to close competency gaps • Providing clients with required industry information • Maintaining knowledge of necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) • Monitoring global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily for quality control

• Gather, analyze, and define requirements to assist development or configuration of solutions to increase agent productivity and decrease errors • Analyze solutions by meeting with operations and key contacts • Determine if the request conflicts with existing standards • Perform GDS hit/scan evaluation for the desired solution • Create detailed requirements for development or configuration • Provide development team with requirements in JIRAs format • Assist with elements required for design and programming (i.e.: PNRs, profiles) • Meet with designers and developers to ensure design understanding • Schedule and manage deliverables to fulfill project scope • Evaluate requirements for given requests and assist with timeline and priority • Articulate opportunities and risks • Facilitate involvement of other BCD Travel departments to achieve goals • Assist in maintaining confluence or process flows where needed • Assist in documenting solutions in release notes • Participate in logs for project work • Maintain an advanced understanding of all GDS and BCD Travel technology products to ensure proper processes can be developed and implemented • Establish a proactive approach to addressing and solving customer challenges at the point of sale
