The VIP Travel Consultant responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e., phone, email, etc.). This position performs at an expert/senior level and demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry. • Focus on end to end design and definition of operational and technology transformation initiatives that drive productivity, cost efficiency, and the reinvention of how our operational teams work • Partner with internal Operations leaders, frontline teams, and Technology to define business requirements, translate operational needs into scalable solutions, and ensure effective implementation of tools, processes, and services • Identify, execute, and sustain improvements in operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs • Analyze operational performance data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities • Track and measure results of operational improvements including ROI analysis; ensuring visibility of gains in productivity and cost performance • Identify opportunities to improve productivity through the adoption, optimization, or enhancement of operational tools and services • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across regions and operational teams

• Work closely with Program Management to research and resolve client financial issues • Review client contract terms - audit current client invoicing and implement new deals • Provide support in helping management identify and understand the potential financial impact from various business issues, opportunities and decisions • Support internal customers by identifying areas to increase ebitda • Maximize revenue through accurate timely client billing process • Prepare monthly/on-going billing and reporting for external clients • Support the finance management team in effort to maximize efficient and accuracy of billing to increase ebitda and cash flow • Run reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting process • Prepare customer financial reporting, analysis and billing • Mentor staff on the billing team to foster growth in the department • Complete tracking and reporting for leisure
