• Create and advocate for clear and realistic production plans • Track and manage progress against overall project schedules and budgets • Understand overall project goals and use those to inform planning and decisions related to co development and external development • Establish production pipelines and processes for co-development and external development engagements • Iterate on production processes over time to continuously improve our collaboration, transparency, and velocity • Collaborate with Executive Producer and other producers to align production plans across all areas of development • Assist the Executive Producer in managing co-development production budgets, including both staff headcount and development budget. • Assist Studio Operations with generating and executing contracts, as well as tracking associated deliverables • Build, grow, and maintain relationships with co-development and external development partners • Work with limited supervision and using independent judgment outside of established production practices when necessary • Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedure
Job Requirements
- Proven game development experience in a production role
- Proven game development experience working closely with external development partners
- Exemplary communication skills, outstanding analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Social intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams
- Strong critical thinking skills, results oriented, focused and composed under pressure
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, including effectively leading a team despite that ambiguity
