• Conduct in-depth research with industry leaders to shape relevant content streams and build a compelling conference agenda. • Own the agenda development for one of the conference stages and event activations, curating high-impact content and engaging session formats. • Manage 100+ high-profile international and local speakers, ensuring seamless coordination pre-event and onsite. • Maintain an up-to-date speaker database, ensuring accuracy in speaker lists and event files. • Contribute to regular reporting to government partners, post-event reports and feedback analysis for continuous improvement. • Engage with government stakeholders and key partners to pitch and secure high-level speaking opportunities, run client status meetings and ensure a smooth experience pre-event and onsite. • Enhance event visibility by identifying and collaborating with local programming partners for content co-curation and onsite activations. • Support the conference team in preparing stakeholder reports and presentation materials. • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Logistics, and Senior Management to align on event objectives, audience acquisition and speaker positioning, ensuring conference content is communicated strategically and enhances B2B visibility. • Implement systems and processes to streamline coordination and decision-making across event teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience in conference production.
- Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English.
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Commercial awareness.
- Copywriting skills.
- Brand and market awareness.
- Capable of effectively leveraging the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Related industry knowledge in Sports or Stadiums development (desirable).
- Arabic proficiency (desirable).
