• Du bist das erste Gesicht von DGX für neue potenzielle Kunden. • Du führst Discovery Calls mit Entscheidern aus der Immobilienwirtschaft – Asset Managern, Geschäftsführern, Eigentümern größerer Immobilienbestände – qualifizierst den Bedarf, entwickelst daraus ein passgenaues Angebot und bringst es zum Abschluss. • Danach übergibst du an unser technisches Team und begleitest die weitere Zusammenarbeit. • Deine Gesprächspartner sind erfahrene Immobilienprofis, die du auf Augenhöhe abholen musst. • Führst täglich Discovery Calls mit vorqualifizierten Leads aus unserer Outbound-Pipeline. • Du hältst Momentum im Vertriebsprozess, steuerst Follow-ups aktiv und bringst Projekte konsequent zum Abschluss. • Qualifizierst Bedarf, Bestandsgröße, Sanierungspotenzial und Entscheidungsstruktur. • Entwickelst individuelle Angebotsstrukturen gemeinsam mit unserer Geschäftsführung. • Steuerst das Follow-up systematisch bis zum Abschluss. • Übergibst gewonnene Kunden an unser Beratungsteam und bleibst als Ansprechpartner erhalten. • Bist gelegentlich persönlich vor Ort bei Kunden oder auf Branchenevents in Deutschland.

Job Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im B2B-Umfeld mit komplexen, erklärungsbedürftigen Dienstleistungen – du hast nachweislich Abschlüsse mit Ticketgrößen ab ca. 5.000 € verantwortet
  • Bezug zur Immobilienwirtschaft – du kommst z. B. aus der Energieberatung, dem GU- oder Sanierungsvertrieb, dem Asset Management, der Immobilienfinanzierung oder der Bauwirtschaft
  • Fähigkeit, mit konservativen, erfahrenen Entscheidern auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren – du sprichst die Sprache von Bestandshaltern, Family Offices und institutionellen Investoren
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Selbstorganisation – du brauchst kein Mikro-Management
  • Sicheres, professionelles Auftreten – per Videocall wie in Person
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse zu Förderprogrammen (BEG, BAFA, KfW) sind ein klarer Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
