Role Description We're currently looking for Enrollment Specialists to recruit for our prestigious, highly-ranked University partners’ programs delivered online. Recruiting students for our programs requires a consultative, customer-focused approach, an ability to meet challenges head-on, and a passion for changing lives through high-quality higher education. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: - Prospect and Applicant Outreach: - Conducting a high quantity of prospect phone contacts to web-generated inquiries to secure weekly standard appointments. - E-mailing correspondence to prospective students to follow up with their intent to complete an application. - Prospect and Applicant Coaching: - Communicating approved sales presentations to promote programs to prospective students over the telephone and other virtual platforms. - Qualifying prospective students for admission based on University admission requirements and career goal compatibility. - Conducting follow-up activity with prospective students to ensure they are able to successfully complete the enrollment process. - Closely assisting and mentoring learners and students through the enrollment process. - Increased Grades Come with Increased Responsibility: - Demonstrates the ability to perform all responsibilities of an ES while taking on additional tasks and projects. - Coaches and engages with team members proactively. - Takes ownership of being the subject matter expert on program knowledge both 2U related and as it relates to the university partner. - Understands the importance of organization and time management to be effective for the team. - Helps to onboard, train, and mentor team members. - Propose process and strategy enhancements that align with goals of the team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. - Experience in higher education, teaching, or sales is preferred. - Strong sales and customer service background. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task responsibilities at all times. - Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
