Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within the life insurance industry.
  • You hold a valid life insurance license in your home state, and are willing and able to become life insurance licensed in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. if you are not already.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas in a clear and approachable manner.
  • A startup mentality — flexible, curious, and energized by new challenges.
  • Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to be organized and efficient.
  • Proven ability to be self-driven and proactive, taking initiative and staying motivated without dependencies.
  • Active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs before offering solutions.
  • Available to work normal business hours in one of the four mainland U.S. time zones.
