What you’ll do: As a seasoned Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) expert, you will bring extensive experience in applying risk management principles, particularly those focused on Critical Risks. Your role will involve collaboration with all levels, engaging both frontline staff, management and executive leaders to develop and implement programs aimed at continually improving the management of these risks. What you'll do We are seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations Case Specialist to join our team, based in our Melbourne or Adelaide office on a 12 month contract. You will manage your own caseload, providing fast-paced and high quality ER advice, coaching and investigation support to our line leaders.
