• Lead the architecture, roadmap, and day-to-day maturity of Ping’s internal IAM practice across WIAM, CIAM, authentication, authorization, federation, lifecycle management, and governance. • Own the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Ping’s internal identity platforms and supporting processes, with responsibility for keeping the environment secure, functional, and maintainable. • Act as the internal owner of Ping’s role model, access model, and identity architecture, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable technical controls and usable identity services. • Partner with internal product teams to evaluate, pilot, and adopt new Ping products and acquired capabilities in Ping’s corporate and CIAM environments. • Work closely with IT, Security, HR, Engineering, Product, and other business stakeholders to define identity requirements, improve processes, and align IAM capabilities to real business needs. • Lead role engineering efforts by analyzing business requirements, defining roles and permissions in functional business terms, and ensuring system privileges map correctly to approved access models. • Drive strong operational execution for SSO, MFA, federation, provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignment, access reviews, and exception handling across internal and customer-facing systems. • Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access issues across applications, directories, workflows, and connected systems. • Maintain and improve standards, procedures, controls, reporting, and documentation for IAM operations, including actual-state versus desired-state validation, access reviews, and change governance. • Maintain a lab and test environment to validate new integrations, prototype new capabilities, and safely trial new Ping products and patterns before production rollout. • Serve as Ping’s internal IAM thought leader and provide practical product feedback based on real enterprise use cases from Ping’s WIAM and CIAM environments.

• Develop and execute the strategic vision, technology roadmap, and solution architecture strategy for Infinite Electronics' Data Center business. • Serve as the senior technical advisor to customers, executives, and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships across hyperscale, AI infrastructure, colocation, and enterprise data center markets. • Lead the development of innovative connectivity and interconnect solutions that align customer requirements with business objectives and operational capabilities. • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive solution development, product innovation, and market expansion. • Influence product portfolio strategy, technology investments, and future roadmap decisions based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights. • Drive revenue growth by supporting strategic account planning, expanding customer relationships, and improving technical win rates across key opportunities. • Represent Infinite Electronics as a thought leader through executive briefings, industry conferences, customer engagements, and technical forums. • Lead and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and technical specialists while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Establish best practices, governance processes, and performance metrics to ensure successful solution delivery and business outcomes. • Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships that strengthen Infinite Electronics' position within the global data center ecosystem.

• Lead and drive client working sessions focused on data architecture and data mapping, bringing clarity and direction to complex discussions with senior stakeholders. • Design and own end-to-end Databricks Lakehouse architecture for marketing data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption—leveraging Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, and Databricks SQL Warehouse. • Design integrations between Databricks and martech platforms (Braze, CDPs, ect) to enable customer 360 views, churn prediction, media mix modeling, dynamic pricing, and lifetime value analysis. • Design and implement robust data models—including medallion architecture, Star Schema, and Data Vault—optimized for marketing analytics workloads. • Enable marketers to query data conversationally and generate actionable insights without SQL through Databricks Genie and AI-powered analytics. • Support the design and implementation of AI agents using Agent Bricks and the Mosaic AI Agent Framework. • Review and interpret technical capability maps and frameworks, connecting them to data architecture and design decisions. • Architect data governance, security, and access control policies using Unity Catalog, including lineage tracking, audit logging, PII masking, and marketing data privacy compliance. • Integrate Databricks workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Git, and Azure DevOps; implement infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment for notebooks, jobs, and clusters. • Partner with clients on roadmaps, POCs, and migrations; support pre-sales efforts with technical proposals, whiteboarding sessions, and project estimation. • Manage your time to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week. • Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
