The Solution Architect is responsible for working with customers to gather requirements and design sustainable cloud architectures in AWS and Azure, while also factoring in the additional tools and software needed to meet the customer’s needs. They will play a strategic role in painting a vision while merging technical, business, and customer needs into achievable objectives and driving the completion of those objectives. As an expert in delivering technical projects, the Solution Architect will identify challenges and improvements, then lead the solution development of those improvements. - Independently applies a wide set of engineering disciplines for planning, design, analysis, coding, testing, roll-out and support of information systems architectures. - Continuously optimizing Cloud platform services across all integration points. - Interact closely with key project stakeholders to gather requirements, design, plan and implement operationally sustainable solutions. - Work closely with the technical team to deliver proposed designs. - Provide thought and design leadership. - Serve as a technical SME for cloud services, providers, and platforms. - Lead solution architecting sessions, evaluating tradeoffs between design, risk, and cost. - Create technical solution proposals and cost estimates including labor, infrastructure, and licensing. - Problem solve challenges as they arise. - Adapt designs to new requirements or discoveries. - Leverage data driven approach to continuous solution, organization, and workforce improvement. - Optimizes performance across multiple teams by suggesting delivery process transformation towards evolving best practices based on each team and project context. The system is built for the commercial management of professional sports organizations: a platform that supports leagues and clubs with structured, AI-ready knowledge and decision support in areas like sponsorship, merchandizing, and commercial marketing. This is not a purely technical role. It is about structuring the domain knowledge that sits underneath the product: deciding what the system should know, how it is organized and retrieved, and how it stays current as the platform scales across clubs, leagues, and portfolios.
