• Manage the entire client intake process during nightshift hours, ensuring efficient and seamless communication • Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries received overnight, providing prompt and professional responses • Collect, review, and accurately organize client documentation • Coordinate service initiation including scheduling and internal communication during night hours • Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating candidates, and scheduling interviews during nightshift • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires remotely • Maintain and update client and candidate information in systems such as Monday.com • Track and manage workflows related to intake and recruitment to ensure timely follow-ups and process completion • Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing and client needs across time zones
Job Requirements
- Experience in intake coordination, recruitment, or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or ABA field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote and overnight work
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a nightshift environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management software is preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Adaptability to nightshift schedule and working independently across time zones
- Strong problem-solving and administrative capabilities
