• Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with healthcare clients and candidates. • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, deeply understanding their staffing requirements to ensure shifts are filled efficiently. • Source, interview, and recruit high-quality healthcare candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. • Coordinate temporary staffing bookings and oversee shift allocations with a focus on speed and accuracy. • Match suitable candidates to specific opportunities based on skills, experience, and client culture. • Manage candidate availability and strategic workforce planning to meet fluctuating demand. • Oversee compliance and onboarding checks to ensure all placements meet rigorous healthcare standards. • Handle client and candidate queries professionally, ensuring superior service levels. • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and contribute to the team’s performance targets. • Drive business growth through proactive account management and exceptional relationship building.
