Role Description To further expand our business in Portugal, we are seeking as soon as possible an Area Sales Manager Portugal and Galicia (all genders). - Achieve commercial objectives and manage clients in the assigned territory, including key accounts. - Maintain and develop the existing client portfolio while acquiring new accounts. - Identify market trends by using knowledge of customers and leading companies in the sector. - Support and collaborate on customers’ online strategies. - Increase brand visibility and introduce new products to customers. - Train customers and end users on product knowledge and proper use. Qualifications - Technical or commercial education. - 5–10 years of sales experience in hand tools or comparable technical products, ideally within the electrical, industrial, air-conditioning, or sanitary sectors. - Interest in social media and digital marketing. - Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 3 days per week. - Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Solid understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and market strategies. - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve sales targets. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. - Good level of Spanish to manage the Galicia area and collaborate with the Spanish team. About the role As Quality Systems Senior Manager, you will be leading the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System and quality processes by ensuring alignment with relevant quality standards and compliance requirements. As Quality Systems Senior Manager, you will - Lead the development, implementation, and/or maintenance of the company’s Quality Management Systems , including Share Points and ERP systems - Ensure ongoing compliance of quality systems and processes with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., EC 1223/2009 , FDA cGMP, CSAR , ISO, etc) - Lead along with the Global Quality Director the quality audit strategy, the annual audit plan and the Corrective Action plans , ensuring they are monitored regularly and closed within timelines agreed with the external partners - Lead company quality audits execution along with the other qualified auditors in the quality team according to ISO 22716, USA FDA, CSAR and ISO 9001 requirements and internal standards. - Develop, maintain, and improve KPIs that measure quality performance and compliance effectiveness. - Drive the creation and rollout of new processes, procedures, and documentation throughout the organization. - Maintain the quality management system up to date and drive the regular update of existing documents such as SOP, quality agreements, audit checklists etc - Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize and implement quality processes and optimize system performance - Support onboarding of new suppliers across all categories ensuring Charlotte Tilbury quality requirements are communicated and agreed with suppliers in a timely manner and quality agreements are signed as part of the onboarding process - Lead risk assessment tools and change management processes implementation for quality and NPD processes - Drive digital transformation initiatives related to quality and compliance system - Being responsible for monitoring customer complaints due to quality reasons and reporting trends and KPIs to senior leadership. Reporting Relationships: This role reports into the Global Quality Director About You - BSc or M.S. degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or another related scientific field - Strong experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or a closely regulated industry. - Strong understanding of ISO 22716, global cosmetic regulations, and GMP requirements. - Experienced ISO 22716 auditor, with hands-on experience conducting contract manufacturer audits. Experience with quality audits for packaging and accessories manufacturer will be a plus - Experience with management and administration of quality systems such as SharePoint, SAP or similar platforms. - Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, KPI management, and data-driven decision-making. - Ability to lead cross-functional improvements and influence stakeholders - Passion for data analytics for quality insights - Awareness of the benefit of accurate and timely data to support processes. - People oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. - Ability to work under pressure on multiple initiatives within the specific timeframes. - Strong overall understanding of operational processes and how they are connected. - Ability to distil highly complex information into simple messages.
