Role Description Contribuir a la correcta habilitación de la estructura organizacional a través auditorías y análisis en SAP/ EC, así como brindar herramientas que les permitan a los HRBP/RH Locales conocer el detalle de las estructuras asignadas. Principales responsabilidades - Atención a solicitudes de RH Locales y HRBPs (Gestión de cubre incapacidades, entregas de puesto, extensiones de posiciones, cambios de divisiones de personal) - Elaborar auditorías a HCs del área y gestionar correcciones necesarias - Actualización de tableros Organización en Power BI (OS, Plazas, CEDIS, IMMEX) - Elaboración de reportes de información de cualquier tipo solicitados al área - Administración y actualización de la base de datos de Descripciones de Puesto, así como resguardo de nuevas DPs y/o actualizaciones de las mismas. - Actualizar las tablas de herramientas de CEDIS/IMMEX periódicamente - Elaboración de catálogos de información para el área de Organización Qualifications - Estudiante activo de carreras afines a Lic. Psicologia Organizacional, Administración, Desarrollo de Talento y Cultura o Ing. Role Description Adoration Home Health is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP to support our Sales and Marketing team.
