Senior Growth & Community Program Manager – Project Aqua

• Design and own community-led growth strategy • Build the first version of Aqua’s Growth & Community Playbook, defining scalable frameworks for challenges, UGC loops, and creative prompts. • Partner with PMM to launch early community pilots such as “Kids Create” challenges and ambassador programs. • Identify high-impact events, conferences, and forums to engage directly with K–12 educators (virtual and in-person) • Build trust with parents and educators • Define Aqua’s brand voice, safety narrative, and trust messaging for families and educators. • Launch parent-facing trust campaigns focused on transparency, safety, and creativity with AI. • Create educator-facing value propositions and proposals that clearly articulate learning outcomes, classroom use cases, and adoption benefits. • Develop creator, influencer, and partner ecosystems • Test influencer impact on install growth, engagement, and sentiment. • Collaborate with Social and Comms teams on creator coordination, approvals, and reporting. • Explore engagement with family and education organizations (e.g., Girl Scouts, organizations serving children, PBS Kids) and child-safe platforms. • Design lightweight value frameworks to evaluate partnerships and educator programs, including lead quality, activation, and downstream adoption. • Create feedback loops between community and product • Build dashboards and reporting to share insights across Product, Design, and Marketing. • Publish regular Community Insights reports to inform roadmap and strategy. • Own follow-up workflows for educator leads, ensuring timely engagement, clear next steps, and measurable conversion into pilots or active usage. • Evangelize Project Aqua internally and externally • Represent Aqua at events, webinars, and community showcases. • Contribute to parent- and educator-facing storytelling across blogs, livestream, and media. • Serve as a connector between Aqua and the broader education and family-tech ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth, community, influencer, or ecosystem marketing within consumer or creative tech.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling community-led growth programs from early stage to repeatable systems.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into clear strategies and actions.
- Comfort representing a product publicly and serving as a trusted internal advocate.
- Experience defining success metrics and value for programs or events, and operationalizing follow-up to drive real adoption.
- Experience working on kids, family, or education products, with an understanding of parent trust dynamics.
- Familiarity with creator platforms, UGC ecosystems, or products built around user engagement.
- Background working with educators, schools, or youth-focused organizations.
- Passion for creativity, and the role of AI will play in empowering the next generation of creators.
