Job Description

Program Manager – Alliances & Channels

Stripe

• Own the A&C co-sell program end-to-end: define what co-sell readiness means across partner types, maintain the standards that govern which partners enter the motion and how, and serve as the connective tissue between partner teams and the direct sales organization • Own the platform qualification funnel from nomination through co-sell readiness and activation, including intake standards, progress tracking, partner health monitoring, and portal operations • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for program health and outcomes (platform activation, co-sell pipeline, deal conversion, incentives throughput); define metrics and documentation so reporting is trusted and reusable • Develop seller-facing reporting experiences that make partner signals actionable (account views with signal type, recency, and deal stage) • Partner with GTM Ops and data owners to improve data availability and attribution; identify gaps and drive pragmatic fixes • Own the operating interface with the sales development representatives that support partners: intake standards, routing rules, play briefs, QA loop, and weekly/monthly performance readouts tied to SLAs and pipeline outcomes • Operationalize and track the effectiveness of partner-ready sales plays end-to-end (inputs, workflows, scorecards, iteration loop) and drive a consistent cadence to monitor and improve execution • Build the frameworks that govern how the program scales: platform engagement tiers, low-touch model, and capacity planning • Proactively identify at-risk program work and step in to unblock delivery when timelines or data quality are at risk

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, partnerships operations, GTM strategy, or revenue operations; or 5+ years with deep, end-to-end ownership of a complex cross-functional program
  • Demonstrated experience running complex multi-stakeholder programs—standing up cadences, managing qualification funnels, defining metrics, and delivering executive-facing readouts
  • Hands-on analytics skill, including comfort with Salesforce and SQL (or equivalent) and experience building dashboards used operationally by field teams
  • Comfort working across imperfect data sources and evolving commercial models; ability to improve definitions and data hygiene over time
  • Clear written communication skills; ability to write concise operating notes, metric definitions, frameworks, and stakeholder updates.
