Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- 2+ years of experience providing technical guidance or leadership to teams
- Previous experience within E-commerce or subscription-based business models is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python or R
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, experimental design, data modeling
- Ability to communicate technical findings to mixed technical and business audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Independently assess the design, performance, and implementation of forecasting and stress testing models • Evaluate model methodology, assumptions, and design for conceptual soundness • Assess the quality and appropriateness of model development data and construction • Conduct testing to evaluate model performance under various scenarios • Verify model implementation accuracy and assess performance monitoring frameworks • Provide independent challenge to model developers and track issues through resolution • Prepare validation reports and communicate findings to stakeholders • Perform periodic validations to ensure model suitability and identify emerging risks
