As a Supervisor, Reporting and Analytics working remotely in the Philippines, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #experienceTTEC During a Typical Day, You’ll: - Lead and oversee the daily operations of the reporting and analytics function, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of business-critical reports and dashboards. - Supervise, coach, and develop a team of reporting analysts, providing guidance on priorities, quality standards, recognize accomplishments, kudos and professional growth. - Manage administrative tasks that include team meetings, managing UKG/timecard corrections, checking attendance, checking emails, ensuring all P&C concerns are addressed, and other miscellaneous requests from the team. - Provide coaching sessions to the team, support other questions/requests from the team. - Partner with business stakeholders (e.g., Talent Acquisition, P&C, L&D) to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. - Support our stakeholders by attending regular calls, answering questions, helping with ad hoc requests and new projects. - Help the Reporting Analyst (RA) oversee the deliverables and stakeholder objectives to ensure your team meets or exceeds standards expected by our internal clients. - Support other ad hoc requests. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience required). - Experience managing a team or a project (preferred). - Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric. - Proficiency in Looker, Power BI. - Strong data visualization skills—storytelling with data. - Excellent communication and comprehension skills. - Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Requirements - Advanced Excel & Power Query. - Experience in building reporting suites and dashboards using Excel, and publishing to both internal and external stakeholders. - Understanding of BPO operations, including KPI tracking, performance reporting, and client deliverables. - Understanding how a team and how a supervisor's administrative tasks work. - Familiarity with data management and visualization tools such as SQL and Looker is a plus. - Communication and comprehension skills (both written and verbal) to manage work and requests from senior leaders and other leaders from OPS. - Ability to understand and problem-solve on tasks relating to reporting. • Support the Batch Reprocessing and Payment Integrity function by designing and delivering the reporting, dashboards, and analytical tooling that measure operational performance across the claims reprocessing lifecycle. • Partner with operations leadership to define complex reporting requirements. • Build repeatable and auditable data pulls in place of manual one-off extracts. • Contribute to data quality and stewardship. • Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reports that track reprocessing cycle time, post-approval turnaround, queue and hold status, stalled or aging tickets, contestment volume, and recovery throughput. • Write and optimize complex SQL against multiple claims adjudication systems and an enterprise data platform. • Replace manual, ad-hoc extracts with documented, repeatable, and parameterized data pulls. • Translate operational questions from team leadership into clear reporting requirements. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer time-sensitive operational and prioritization questions. • Support data quality and stewardship efforts.
