• Serves as a strategic business partner within the Business Management & Governance team • Supports the U.S. Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders across TD Bank U.S. • Leads preparation and delivery of high-visibility executive content • Drives alignment across cross-functional stakeholders • Ensures leadership is equipped with accurate, executive-ready presentations
• Performing remediation testing activities related to High-Risk findings • Leading cross-functional teams or projects • Developing and documenting processes and controls • Participating in the intake of applicable regulation
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates 1-4 family real estate appraisals and valuations for Residential or Consumer loans • Corresponds with and follows up with appraisers for corrections, clarifications and edits • Evaluates appraisals of particularly complex or unusual properties • Performs semi-annual and/or quarterly real estate market updates for the region of responsibility • Assists loan officers, loan processors, underwriters and management by explaining valuation and appraisal issues • May visit properties in question to provide direct evaluation of property and assist with risk analysis • Reviews loans with a loan amount greater than $2MM • Reviews content, real estate market surveys, assumptions, and other aspects of appraisals and valuations applying significant industry knowledge and experience to determine adequacy, appropriateness, and reasonableness
• Represents the business on projects of various sizes as a project team member and/or as a subject matter expert • Responsible for business and/or process analysis • Accountable for leading projects and/or work packages within a business area • Assists in the development of communication, implementation and/or training plans to support implementation of projects and/or business initiatives • Responsible for 1-2 processes of low to medium complexity • Works with the Manager and Senior Manager to document and continuously update policies and procedures for onboarding covering the process for critical AML applications • Identifies and recommends process improvements and/or automation opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency • Gathers, prioritizes and explains user requirements to support project activities, process improvements, systems development, etc. • Serves as a consultant, providing advice, business expertise, and recommendations on business and/or operational processes • Prioritizes and manages own workload, and possibly the workload of others, in order to deliver quality results and meet pre-determined timelines • Represents the business and provides coordination within the business, with external service providers and other areas within the bank, on high risk/impact, major projects, and/or operational processes • Ensures accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation for assigned projects/tasks
• Assess financial position of special loans through cash flow projection, asset valuation, credit histories and other financial measures • Prepare recommendations for credit restructuring • Develop unique restructuring options • Authorize any legal actions necessary in recovering classified loans • Interact primarily with internal/external contacts
• Managing relationships and selling TD Asset Management strategies (ETFs, Mutual Funds, and SMAs) • Lead and mentor territory Business Development Manager and Business Development Associate • Draft and implement a comprehensive business plan • Create a segmentation model to ensure excellent service standards • Develop new business and increase share of wallet within the region • Service, manage and grow existing relationships • 20 meetings a week
• Analyze collateral information (submitted by bank clients) to determine the eligibility and integrity of collateral values as they are used in the calculation of collateral/loan availability. • Advance funds against pre-approved lines of credit based upon the timely and accurate analysis and updating of results from the analysts independent review and analysis of collateral information/values. • Provide highly specialized collateral analysis and monitoring support to the Commercial Bank and ABL credit teams, and to bank clients, for senior secured credit facilities. • Serve as a subject matter expert, on current asset collateral, providing regular and ongoing collateral/availability trend analysis, root cause analysis/due diligence, and exception analysis. • Track and gather required collateral information. • Track and analyze collateral availability and Customer trends and prepare management reports according to established department policies and procedures and legal/regulatory guidelines. • Recommend and implement the appropriate strategy to address collateral issues;. • Communicate key results and highlights of the analyses, and important status relating to collateral exceptions, BBC discrepancies, and over-advance status to credit team members and Operations management.
• Provides day-to-day guidance to project management team and testing coordination • Manages defect management/resolution process and acts as the primary contact on projects for testing • Identifies testing risks and coordinates test environment • Writes scripts and scenarios per QA methodology • Builds relationships and works collaboratively to identify solutions and resolve problems
