• Servicing the needs of TD Wealth, Mass Affluent or High Net Worth customer segments • Handling complex customer service issues, product expertise and technical support • Engaging in online customer chats, digital media alongside proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities • Identifying opportunities for products and/or services and providing tailored recommendations while providing exceptional Customer Experience • Developing and deepening new and existing relationships while focusing on first call resolution • Delivering a high touch customer experience for this customer segment ensuring TD can deepen the relationship
• Sell and originate residential mortgage loans to sales goals • Take residential mortgage loan applications and negotiate terms • Manage customer expectations and guide them through the mortgage application process • Generate referrals for mortgage sales opportunities • Ensure applications are complete and send them to underwriting • Communicate loan decisions and finalize the loan commitment

• Leads the integration of workforce management (WFM) strategy into TD’s broader enterprise AI and transformation agenda • Acts as the central point of coordination between business transformation initiatives, financial planning, workforce strategy, and evolving cloud and AI priorities • Ensures WFM inputs are embedded early and accurately in enterprise decision-making • Responsible for tracking workforce assumptions, capacity impacts, and financial implications tied to major transformation initiatives • Translates enterprise-level decisions into actionable workforce plans and ensures risks and opportunities are clearly understood
