• Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram • Directly manage campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, bid strategies • Monitor and optimize KPIs including: ROAS, CPA, CTR • Identify performance issues quickly and continuously improve campaign profitability and scalability • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including: Automated flows, Broadcast campaigns, Segmentation, A/B testing • Operate platforms such as: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel (GHL) • Create and edit visual assets for: Paid ads, Social media, Email marketing campaigns • Write ad copy, email content, and marketing messaging • Provide weekly reporting with clear performance insights and recommendations • Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scale and optimization

• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation • Communicate with domestic and international suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status • Maintain supplier records, contracts, and product specifications • Support inventory planning and monitor supplier lead times • Help resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and shipments • Coordinate inbound shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses • Maintain food safety and regulatory documentation including supplier approvals, COAs, and audit documentation • Support compliance with FDA regulations, FSMA, HACCP, GFSI standards • Serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the order process • Prepare operational reports, spreadsheets, and summaries

• Review every shipment for quote and billing accuracy • Identify and dispute incorrect or unauthorized carrier charges • Prepare weekly shipment billing and invoice processing • Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Create and send weekly invoices accurately and on time • Manage QuickBooks Online, including reconciliations and transaction reviews • Communicate regularly with external accountants and financial partners • Support quarterly tax preparation and year-end 1099 processes • Manage weekly payroll processes using Deel • Coordinate payroll communications across multiple U.S. states • Ensure payroll compliance, tax withholdings, and state-related requirements are properly managed • Handle new employee registrations and onboarding coordination • Coordinate background checks through Checkr • Manage annual company licenses, registrations, and commercial insurance renewals • Process new orders using established operational procedures • Generate and manage: BOL numbers PRO numbers Carrier assignments • Prepare shipping and logistics documentation as needed • Support additional operational tasks requested by the Sr. Operations Manager • Manage vendor relationships and carrier communications • Negotiate and dispute billing discrepancies independently with U.S.-based vendors and carriers • Monitor operational accuracy across shipments and logistics workflows • Maintain organized operational and financial documentation • Maintain operational spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systems • Work extensively within: • Gmail • Google Docs • Google Sheets • Follow and improve financial and operational SOPs • Ensure all processes are documented clearly and accurately

• Edit short-form vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • Cull and select the best footage from large raw content libraries • Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, logo reveals, transitions, and animated brand systems • Edit English-language talking-head content • Curate music, sound design, and voiceover to match each brand’s identity • Build moodboards, visual treatments, and motion references • Create motion treatments for social content, websites, and brand films • Use AI creative tools thoughtfully when appropriate • Review and deliver work through Frame.io with clear versioning • Collaborate with the creative team while managing your own time independently
