• Support the Batch Reprocessing and Payment Integrity function by designing and delivering the reporting, dashboards, and analytical tooling that measure operational performance across the claims reprocessing lifecycle. • Partner with operations leadership to define complex reporting requirements. • Build repeatable and auditable data pulls in place of manual one-off extracts. • Contribute to data quality and stewardship. • Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reports that track reprocessing cycle time, post-approval turnaround, queue and hold status, stalled or aging tickets, contestment volume, and recovery throughput. • Write and optimize complex SQL against multiple claims adjudication systems and an enterprise data platform. • Replace manual, ad-hoc extracts with documented, repeatable, and parameterized data pulls. • Translate operational questions from team leadership into clear reporting requirements. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer time-sensitive operational and prioritization questions. • Support data quality and stewardship efforts.

• Responsible for creating and generating reports that provide analytics to the global recruiting team up to executive management; develop and manage weekly, monthly & quarterly reports • Respond quickly to ad-hoc data requests inclusive of research, reporting, and analysis requests from recruiting team members, as well as Operations, Business Development, and other Parexel departments • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the hiring process • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations • Support the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies based on data insights • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment operations through process mapping and optimization • Develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving research, reporting, and analysis efficiency • Develop and present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders, communicating the approaches taken as well as potential limitations and caveats

• Support a major civilian federal agency while leading data engineering initiatives across LMI as needed. • Optimize and modernize data pipelines to improve performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability. • Design and develop new data tools and solutions to support reporting, analytics, and business needs. • Serve as the lead Data Architect, driving tool development, solution implementation, and innovation across the division. • Apply functional knowledge of energy-related operations to inform architecture, analytics, and solution design.

Role Description The Integrated Care Reporting and Analytics team supports DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC), the renal population health management division of DaVita. Our team is responsible for developing and communicating analytics that inform the clinical needs of our populations, the design of our care model, and collaboration with payors. This role is focused on quality reporting and supports delivery of Stars/HEDIS reporting. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in this mission by acting as a project lead, ensuring data integrity through rigorous UAT/QA, and answering advanced analytical questions for the business. This role is designed for a teammate who not only executes complex analyses but also mentors junior teammates and helps drive the strategic direction of our reporting capabilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required. - 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence. - Demonstrated experience leading projects or components of large initiatives. - Preferred experience with NCQA, HEDIS, and Stars reporting and analysis. Requirements - SQL: Advanced proficiency required (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures). - Tableau: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency required (calculated fields, LOD expressions, dashboard design). - Excel/PowerPoint: Advanced proficiency required. - Experience with Python or R is a plus.
