Job Description

Product Marketing Specialist

Nilfisk

• Coordination and execution of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing. • Collaborate closely with product development teams to understand new product features and benefits, providing critical input for marketing campaigns. • Create and activate marketing campaigns focused on new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, and social media to target end-users and dealers. • Work closely with the sales and product team to support training and sales tools. • Localize and maintain product collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, training and sales enablement materials specific products. • Monitor and report on the performance of new product marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful launches. • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of new product marketing campaigns and recommend improvements. • Support tradeshows with product marketing knowledge and recommendations. • Support the updating of current product assets across all product line – floorcare, vacuums and HPW. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive insights, with a specific focus on product positions and strategies. • Coordinate marketing efforts for promotions of products that lag in unit volume or promotional support, including PAC.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Role Description DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking experienced Marketing Subject Matter Experts to support a next-generation Generative AI and analytics project.
