Wing Assistant

• Manage and clear the high-volume Zendesk email support queue • Process customer order entries • Handle product returns and exchanges • Categorize support tickets by issue for operational analysis

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience (mid-level, able to work independently)
  • Prior experience with Zendesk (required)
  • Prior experience with Gorgias (required)
  • Prior experience with Shopify (required)
