Technical Project Manager – Digital Experience

• Lead and facilitate the creation of Project Charters by collaborating with stakeholders to convert business cases into defined scope, timelines, budget, and measurable success criteria. • Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce technology projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget execution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to engineering, QA, product, UX, and business stakeholders) to drive alignment, change management and delivery. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution. • Support Agile adoption by coaching teams and stakeholders on best practices and fostering continuous improvement. • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues; remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum. • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Monitor project progress using KPIs (e.g., velocity, timelines, quality) and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 4–7 years of experience in project management for software development, preferably Digital Experience.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, especially in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, APIs, and systems integration.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
