Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in middleware or systems administration roles

The ideal candidate should be proficient in installation, configuration, and patching of OBIEE/OAS and WebLogic Server. This position is fully remote but requires working Eastern Standard Time hours. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for migrations, patch deployments, and maintenance activities. • Support and optimize the Imagine billing platform used in revenue cycle operations. • Ensure payer rules, mappings, system configurations, and upstream data from various RIS/EMR systems and EDIs are accurately maintained to reduce billing errors and operational inefficiencies. • Act as a liaison between IT, RCM operations, and client teams. • Participate in onboarding kick-off with Operations, RCM, Imagine, and Client stakeholders. • Validate system requirements (PMS/EHR, clearinghouse, interfaces, reporting). • Configure standard operational and financial reports such as charge lag, DOS-based AR aging, cash posting & reconciliation, and denial categories. • Monitor system performance and data integrity post-go-live. • Lead weekly system administration calls with end client and internal teams to review priorities and blockers.
