• Serve as the primary implementer and administrator for all PairSoft business applications (e.g., Salesforce, FreshDesk, Teamwork, Asana, Zoom, Office 365, Atlassian) • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, including Sales Cloud and CPQ, while pushing the boundaries of platform capabilities • Architect and deploy unconventional solutions to business challenges using available systems and integrations • Create clear and comprehensive documentation and end-user training content when none exists; translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials • Manage provisioning, configuration, and deprovisioning of users across platforms • Organize and optimize the corporate IT ticketing system(s) and service desk functions • Participate in corporate compliance and audit efforts (e.g., SOC2) • Help maintain an accurate inventory of devices, software, and services • Develop cross-system reports and dashboards to support business decision-making • Provide Tier 1 IT assistance when required, including password resets, hardware setups, and role configurations • Maintain team KPI for Internal customer service

• Administer and optimize GTM tools that integrate with Salesforce (e.g., CPQ, sales engagement, lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, contract tools) • Take ownership of day-to-day configuration, support, and improvements across the RevOps tech stack • Ensure systems work together cleanly with reliable data flows and minimal manual effort • Work hand-in-hand with our Salesforce Administrator on shared objects, workflows, automations, and reporting • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Salesforce data models, permissions, and flows to support integrations and GTM processes • Support Salesforce enhancements as needed, without being the primary platform owner • Support and optimize quote-to-cash workflows inside Salesforce • Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on pricing, packaging, approvals, and deal configuration • Translate RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS requirements into scalable system solutions • Identify inefficiencies and automate manual or error-prone processes • Build and maintain documentation, workflows, and lightweight training for end users • Help establish best practices for data quality, system governance, and change management • Participate in tool evaluation and implementation as the company grows • Balance speed and structure — shipping improvements quickly while keeping long-term scalability in mind

• Own the design, administration, and optimization of ProScore’s AWS infrastructure across production and non-production environments • Architect highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems to support API-driven and data-intensive workloads • Lead infrastructure automation efforts using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) • Define and enforce operational standards, monitoring strategies, and alerting best practices • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews • Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans • Implement and oversee AWS security best practices (IAM, network segmentation, encryption, access controls) • Collaborate with engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and system architecture decisions • Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical escalation point for systems-related issues • Maintain clear documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
