Role Description Balfour Beatty Investments is seeking a highly adaptable, detail‑focused, and proactive Senior Subcontracts Analyst to manage and administer subcontracting activities for high complex subcontract agreements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that subcontract formation, negotiation, execution, and oversight are handled with precision, compliance, and efficiency. The successful candidate will: - Prepare and issue solicitation packages - Evaluate subcontractor proposals - Negotiate pricing and contractual terms within their established authority - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and applicable government regulations, if relevant - Be organized, communicative, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Qualifications - Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's preferred - 5 years of Subcontracts Administrator or Management required; construction or government contracting preferred - Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills - Ability to interface with suppliers, internal customers, and external customers - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word) - Working knowledge of subcontract lifecycle, terms and conditions, and price analysis - Ability to manage multiple actions under deadlines - Must be able to work in a high-paced environment - Familiarity with construction project environments and/or government contracting principles is a plus Requirements - Review Subcontracting Policy and Procedures in the Policy Center - Service Agreement Training Modules in BBU - Zycus - Microsoft Teams - Smart Sheet - Additional training as required Benefits - Pay Rate: $80,000 yr. - $105,000 yr.* - *This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
