Solutions Marketing Manager – Flow Cytometry

• Support go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives for the Flow Cytometry portfolio. • Develop messaging and value propositions grounded in real scientific workflows, customer pain points, and buyer needs. • Help define target segments, buyer personas, key use cases, and growth opportunities across both sales-led and product-led motions. • Partner with Product and Commercial GTM teams to shape sales plays, product narratives, and market-facing messaging. • Support product launches, campaign rollouts, and growth initiatives across the portfolio. • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinars, content, paid media, and tradeshow/event channels. • Increase inbound demand through SEO, website optimization, campaign strategy, content programs, paid digital, and conversion-focused initiatives. • Own campaign strategy and execution aligned to growth objectives across both PLG and SLG motions. • Monitor and improve conversion metrics across the full marketing funnel, from awareness and engagement through trials, purchases, leads, opportunities, and revenue. • Develop programs that help users understand product value quickly and move from trial to adoption, purchase, expansion, or sales engagement. • Support strategies to grow new users, increase product adoption, and drive revenue from online and self-service channels.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry, cytometry software, or a related life sciences/scientific domain.
- Experience developing and executing measurable marketing campaigns that drive leads, trials, pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of scientific buyer journeys, research workflows, and customer decision-making.
- Ability to translate technical and scientific concepts into compelling customer-facing messaging.
- Familiarity with modern digital marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, performance analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Experience supporting both sales-led and product-led growth motions.
- Experience marketing scientific software, bioinformatics, cytometry, or research technology solutions.
- Experience with PLG programs such as free trials, online purchases, onboarding journeys, lifecycle marketing, and self-service conversion.
- Experience with performance marketing channels including paid digital, SEO, email automation, webinar programs, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing or supporting marketing databases, segmentation, list growth, and campaign targeting.
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Experience supporting conferences, scientific events, tradeshows, and field marketing programs.
- Experience building collateral and content that supports both marketing campaigns and sales conversations.

Role Description As an SEM Strategist at Advance Local, you will develop, manage, and analyze custom SEM strategies for high-tier clients.
