Dotmatics

• Lead the development and ongoing improvement of a comprehensive AI Governance Framework aligned with Dotmatics' risk appetite and regulatory obligations, including the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF • Maintain an AI use case registry, establish risk tiering and oversight levels for AI systems, and provide subject matter expertise to evaluate AI tools, models, and applications proposed by business and product teams • Partner with leadership and functional teams to assess AI use cases across model behaviour, data usage, privacy, and operational risk; ensuring alignment with the company's ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS, ISO 9001 QMS, and GxP requirements • Serve as program lead for the Dotmatics AI Governance Council, coordinating agendas, workflows, and decision-ready materials for Council and executive review • Act as the primary Dotmatics liaison to the Siemens AI Governance Consortium, representing the company in cross-portfolio working groups and contributing to joint frameworks and maturity models • Provide AI governance responses to customer RFIs, security questionnaires, and due diligence inquiries • Embed governance checkpoints into the SDLC alongside Product and Engineering; align AI controls with the broader security posture and incident response procedures • Lead the creation and maintenance of AI governance policies, SOPs, and supporting documentation; and develop and deliver AI governance training across the organization • Produce management reporting, metrics, and dashboards to keep senior leadership informed of program status, risk exposure, and control effectiveness • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned, evolving standards, and regulatory developments

• Lead and develop a high performing management team across scientific implementation and regional delivery. • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. • Develop an organisation capable of supporting both established Platform implementations and next generation Luma solutions. • Build management capability and succession across the region. • Own regional services bookings, revenue, utilisation, margin, forecasting and delivery predictability. • Partner with Sales, PreSales, Support and Customer Success to shape, scope and govern services engagements. • Act as the senior Professional Services leader for strategic EMEA customer engagements. • Ensure programmes consistently deliver quality outcomes, customer value and commercial success. • Develop scalable delivery capacity through offshore teams and strategic partners.

• Develop .NET Core solutions across WPF, ASP .NET Core (Web API/MVC, Minimal APIs) and related technologies • Translate high-level product requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans • Write thorough unit & integration tests (MSTest, NUnit/xUnit) and leverage Docker/TestContainers for reliable testing • Collaborate with PMs, QA, DevOps, and occasionally customers—to review designs, demo progress, and iterate rapidly • Maintain clean code, clear documentation, and version control (Git/Azure DevOps)

• Develop integrations between Dotmatics and Siemens' broader ecosystem — connecting our e-commerce and internal order flows with enterprise systems such as tax collection, ERP, and other shared infrastructure • Scale and improve our shared services platform (billing, licensing, marketing) using GraphQL and modern back-end technologies • Enhance the front-ends of GraphPad.com, SnapGene.com, Geneious.com, and other brands using a multi-brand design system (Storybook) and modern frameworks (Next.js, headless CMS) • Propose and own technical architecture decisions • Collaborate closely with product and engineering peers to execute on the product vision • Design and develop GraphQL and REST APIs alongside responsive, accessible front-ends • Build reusable, well-tested components and maintain high code quality standards • Write thorough end-to-end and unit tests

• Own the operational health, architecture intelligence, and cost optimization of cloud environments. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of the organization’s cloud architecture across all major infrastructure components. • Map the relationship between architectural decisions and cost drivers. • Identify cost anomalies, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across compute, storage, networking, and managed services. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give engineering and leadership real-time visibility into cloud cost trends. • Help define and enforce cloud governance policies. • Partner with engineering teams to review architectural decisions for cost impact. • Maintain runbooks and documentation for operational data management processes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for cloud cost and operations questions from engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders. • Translate complex technical findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations for non-technical audiences. • Collaborate with engineering leadership on roadmap decisions.

• Prepare, participate in, and document multiple weekly calls to review and assist in securing executive approval for deals in the deal desk pipeline • Ensure the timely completion of critical approval actions, working in close alignment with the sales team • Maintain and update the RFP response templates, including drafting specific responses when needed • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Pre-sales, and Sales Operations to ensure deals are executed efficiently and accurately • Assist in maintaining the delegation of approval matrix to support various deal approval level requirements • Support the sales leadership, services, and finance teams to help ensure that deals maintain financial rigor and meet margin thresholds • Engage with the Sales Team to help accelerate deal velocity, track progress, and report using Dotmatics BI tools • Assist in identifying risks and help manage change control processes for deals in progress • Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and services to help maintain the foundational processes for a high-performing Deal Desk • Help optimize and manage the continuous deal pipeline by ensuring adherence to deal desk guidelines and contributing to process improvement initiatives • Act as a collaborative partner to the sales organization and support functions to facilitate deal execution and approvals • Support in streamlining deal processes and workflows • Provide project support and facilitation throughout the deal desk process • Contribute to the collection and analysis of deal-related data to assist in decision-making

• Configure & support the implementation of Dotmatics Virscidian solutions into complex laboratory, scientific research or scientific development environments. • Take ownership of the implementation lifecycle — from project kickoff through go-live — ensuring that the scope of work and quotation commitments are delivered on time, on budget, and to the customer's scientific objectives. • Work closely with cross functional teams such project management teams & solution architects, product teams & customers, to understand their needs, analyse their data environment, assist in design and implementation of our solutions and aid in integration with their data systems. • Be responsible for demonstrations and training, technical support, and business development where appropriate. • Lead in discovery activities to identify key systems in scope (customer environment) for data integration. • Provide guidance and best practices on data sourcing for the creation of sustainable integrations and methods utilizing standard Data Ingestion technologies and architectural principles. • Conduct technical peer reviews / Conduct structured user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off processes to confirm that delivered solutions meet defined specifications. • Provide oversight and governance on projects where there are parallel activities. • Evaluate user requirements and provide estimates. • Train Customers on how to use the configured solutions / Deliver hands-on training to customer scientists and automation teams, ensuring effective adoption and long-term operational success. • Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment (Project Managers, Developers, Architects).

• Collaborate with Product to determine application structure, define entity/data models, specify task workflows, and define desired data visualization experiences • Create registration entities, data flows, task templates, data visualization experiences, and other configurations in support of developing Luma Solutions • Perform in-team testing of configuration and assist is handing test cases to the QA group for release testing • Write draft documentation of configuration and workflows and collaborate with the Documentation team • Train members of other Dotmatics teams and early customers on how to use Luma Solutions configuration and the workflows it supports • Use new product features in Luma Solutions and provide feedback on the experience • Actively participate in the development of best practices for Luma configuration and ensure these best practices are followed

• Collaborate with Product to determine application structure, define entity/data models, specify task workflows (Scientific Workflows), and define desired data visualization experiences • Create registration entities, data flows, task templates, data visualization experiences, and other configurations in support of developing Luma Solutions • Perform in-team testing of configuration and assist in handing test cases to the QA group for release testing. Troubleshoot configuration to understand why it is not producing desired results. • Write draft documentation of configuration and workflows and collaborate with the Documentation team to develop final customer-facing documentation • Train members of other Dotmatics teams and early customers on how to use Luma Solutions configuration and the workflows it supports • Use new product features in Luma Solutions and provide feedback on the experience, participate in user experience testing, and provide input to the Product team about features that will enable the best Solutions • Actively participate in the development of best practices for Luma configuration, and ensure these best practices are followed in the development of Luma Solutions
