Marketing Coordinator

Role Description The Communications & Marketing Coordinator supports the daily workflow, organization, and execution of Fahe’s communications and marketing efforts. This role serves as the first point of contact for communications requests, helps manage project tracking and deadlines, maintains shared calendars, and assists with delivering campaigns, digital content, events, and reporting. Working closely with the Chief Communications Officer, Digital Marketing staff, internal departments, and external vendors, the coordinator ensures communications work is accurate, timely, and aligned with Fahe’s mission and brand. This position plays a key role in supporting initiatives such as Housing Can’t Wait®, Member Services marketing, advocacy communications, event promotion, and organizational storytelling. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate incoming communications and marketing requests, track project status, and maintain departmental dashboards. - Support campaign planning and execution by gathering information, tracking deliverables, and assisting with content distribution across email, web, social, and print. - Maintain the shared communications calendar and coordinate scheduling with the Communications and Digital Marketing teams, as well as internal and external partners. - Assist with preparing and scheduling email campaigns, newsletters, and basic performance tracking. - Support routine website updates, blog posts, landing pages, and content publishing. - Assist with social media scheduling, post tracking, engagement monitoring, and asset organization. - Provide marketing and communications support for Fahe events, including timelines, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. - Coordinate cross-departmental marketing needs by gathering information, supporting branded materials, and tracking progress through review and approval. - Assist with vendor coordination, meeting scheduling, file sharing, and tracking deliverables. - Support brand consistency and quality control through proofreading, formatting checks, and maintaining organized folders of approved assets.
