Role Description Greenhouse is looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team! As the Revenue Intelligence Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to bridge the gap between engineering and business logic, translating real world requirements into deployed software that drives productivity across the entire Customer Growth & Success (CGS) lifecycle. You will play a foundational role in designing, building, and scaling our internal web applications used by multiple teams. This role is primarily responsible for designing, developing, engineering, deploying, and maintaining computer-based information systems and AI-enabled internal applications. Our initial build is a workflow automation and insights platform serving all GTM teams. Who will love this job - A Builder: You thrive in a lean environment where you have high ownership, high velocity, and the technical discretion to choose what to build and how to build it using modern AI tools. - An Internal Advisor: You enjoy collaborating directly with revenue business leaders, using your technical acumen to patiently cut through ambiguous requirements and lead with confident product recommendations. - A Problem Solver: You are motivated by challenges and love finding the right solution for your team, shipping custom features that immediately solve user friction. - An AI Enthusiast: You have a passion for AI assisted development, using tools like Claude Code to build useful tools for your team. What you’ll do - Design, build, and extend new product features for our internal web app utilizing a modern tech stack composed of Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel. - Build, test, and maintain robust, production grade data pipelines and automated integrations between core revenue engines like Salesforce and Gong. - Partner directly with Customer Growth & Success (CGS) stakeholders across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to translate their daily business pain points into an actionable engineering roadmap. - Evaluate, refine, and operationalize LLM prompts, open source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to optimize the validity and actionability of output data. - Document foundational technical architecture decisions and write clear operational playbooks so that your standalone systems can be easily maintained by the broader team over time. - Coordinate periodically with data engineering, security, and the Enterprise Apps team to ensure internal tooling integrates seamlessly with global corporate infrastructure. Qualifications - 3+ years of direct experience working in a dedicated Revenue Engineering role or a highly technical Revenue Operations capacity. - Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build and extend applications for internal revenue and CGS teams (i.e. Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc). - Software development experience using a modern tech stack (i.e. Python, Node.js, Next.js, Typescript, React, etc). - Development and integration infrastructure experience working inside Salesforce. - Practical application architecture experience utilizing lean backend-as-a-service (BaaS) and modern hosting platforms (i.e. Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify, Vercel, Railway, Render). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present clear technical software solutions to non-technical business stakeholders. - Deep technical familiarity or custom API integration experience with tools like Gong and/or Outreach, a plus. - Prior professional experience operating inside a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business model, a plus. - Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. Requirements - Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada as of the start date chosen by the Company. We are unable to support sponsorship at this time. Benefits - The national pay range for this role is $117,500 - $176,300 CAD. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. - Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. - Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
