Title: Manager, Commercial Data Readiness - Remote, Pennsylvania, United States of America - Remote, Ohio, United States of America - Remote, Florida, United States of America - Remote, North Carolina, United States of America - Remote, Georgia, United States of America Full time Remote Position Summary The Commercial Data Readiness Manager will play a key role within Commercial Operations, focused on improving the consistency, structure, and usability of commercial data to support Sales Operations, GTM execution, and emerging AI/data initiatives. This individual contributor role will lead cross-functional efforts to strengthen data foundations, embed scalable processes, and enable the business to operate effectively with existing systems while ensuring data ownership remains within the relevant functions. What will you do? - Partner with Commercial Operations leadership to define and implement a data readiness strategy aligned to commercial priorities - Establish and embed pragmatic data standards, definitions, and processes across Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and SDG - Identify and address gaps in data quality, consistency, and usability impacting forecasting, compensation, and GTM execution - Support the development of scalable data models and reporting frameworks in collaboration with Sales Operations - Enable data readiness for automation, analytics, and AI initiatives (e.g. Compass and similar programmes) - Act as a cross-functional connector between business and technical teams to align on data priorities and execution - Drive adoption of consistent processes and best practices without direct ownership of data - Leverage existing systems (e.g. SFDC, Power BI) to improve data integrity and reduce manual workarounds - Provide project management support across key commercial data initiatives How will you get here? - Bachelor’s degree (Business, Data, or related field preferred) - 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or data-focused business roles - Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) - Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority - Experience improving data quality, processes, or governance in a business environment - Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI initiatives is advantageous Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Strong commercial acumen with understanding of Sales Ops, GTM, and compensation processes - Ability to translate business needs into practical data and process improvements - Strong stakeholder management across Commercial, Finance, and IT teams - Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities - Pragmatic and solutions-oriented, with focus on delivering impact using existing tools - Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues and recommend improvements - Effective communicator, able to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical audiences - Ability to drive alignment and adoption across functions without formal authority - Continuous improvement mindset with focus on scalability and efficiency - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse teams - Ability to travel up to 25%

Role Description The Regional Sales Manager develops and implements sales plans, promotional campaigns, distribution channel strategy, etc., in assigned region to achieve sales growth goals. Works directly with end users and distributors while managing and motivating independent sales agents. Provides input and identifies new projects and product development opportunities. This position is ideally based in the Seattle WA area.
