Role Description BigPanda is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave and hit the ground running as a key contributor across our core PMM functions. You'll own meaningful work from day one, creating assets and positioning that inform the field, customers, and the market about BigPanda's agentic ITOps platform. We move fast, write with precision, and build content that differentiates BigPanda in a quickly evolving industry. This is a contractor position running July to November and operating at 40 hours per week. A background in IT operations, incident management/ITSM, AI SRE, observability, or enterprise IT is a strong plus. Sharp messaging instincts and hands-on AI tool experience are non-negotiable. Responsibilities - Website Content: Turn customer stories, use cases, roadmap updates, and market insights into polished website content, including webpages, blog posts, and supporting assets that communicate value and convert audiences. - Video Assets: Produce video content using AI-powered creation tools, from short-form explainers to customer story highlights. Hands-on experience with AI video tools is required. - Webinar & Event Decks: Build slides for webinars and speaking sessions at live events, bringing structure, story, and BigPanda's voice to every stage moment. - Competitive Intelligence: Develop competitive positioning, field enablement content, and market-facing assets that arm the go-to-market team with the clarity and confidence to win every conversation. - AI Agent & Workflow Development: Design and build agentic workflows that accelerate PMM productivity, automating the way insights are packaged and shared with the field, customers, and the market at scale. Qualifications - 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. - Exceptional writer; clear, precise, and built for technical audiences. - Translates complex technical concepts into sharp, compelling messaging. - Drives projects end-to-end with minimal oversight. - Strong presentation-building and storytelling skills. - Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms; demonstrated use of AI video creation tools is preferred. - Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments. - Domain expertise preferred: IT operations or AIOps platforms, incident management / ITSM, AI SRE or site reliability engineering, observability and monitoring tools, enterprise IT infrastructure.
