Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
- 2+ years of related IT experience
- Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”)
- US Citizenship required
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area
