• Support the negotiation, preparation, and administration of contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Task Orders (TOs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). • Assist with managing various government contract types including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts. • Prepare formal contract correspondence and help ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, federal and state regulations, and internal policies. • Review and process contract awards, modifications, contract closeouts, and related documentation. • Support proposal and capture teams with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including compliance reviews, proposal documentation, and audit trail maintenance. • Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, pricing, business development, operations, and program teams to support contract administration activities. • Maintain organized contract files and ensure documentation is completed in accordance with FAR, regulatory, and company requirements. • Interpret contract provisions and provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and requirements. • Prepare and distribute contracts and related documents for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Assist with additional contracts and compliance responsibilities as needed.

• Serve as a technical data lead on product teams leveraging automation and AI/ML technologies to solve real-world government challenges • Lead the design of data architectures for enterprise-scale solutions • Partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to define requirements, identify gaps, and craft differentiated data solutions • Research and apply emerging technologies in AI/ML, data analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, agile development, DevSecOps, and digital engineering • Contribute to the development of technical concepts for written proposal content (RFIs, RFPs, white papers, etc.) and deliver technical presentations to clients and partners • Provide technical thought leadership to customers and internal teams • Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to define architecture, implementation approaches, and operational concepts for federal solution programs

• Architect, design, and implement scalable automation frameworks (Python or similar) for testing Appian applications • Define and lead automated testing strategies, including functional, regression, API, performance, and end-to-end testing • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) to support automated testing across build, install, upgrade, and backward compatibility workflows • Develop and execute performance and load testing strategies (e.g., Locust or similar tools) to validate application scalability under real-world conditions • Design and implement API-level automated tests, reducing reliance on manual tools and ensuring full system coverage • Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices • Support release readiness by coordinating cross-functional testing efforts, including security, performance, and accessibility validation • Analyze defects and testing results to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to user story development and acceptance criteria, ensuring testability and quality are built in early • Serve as a technical advisor and mentor, providing guidance through code reviews, demos, and knowledge sharing

• As a Workday Tester, you will validate Workday system functionality by designing and executing test cases across modules such as HCM and Payroll • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements, identify defects, and ensure system changes meet business needs • Support test planning, data setup, regression testing, and defect tracking to help deliver high-quality, reliable Workday solutions • Plan, execute, and report on software testing for both development and maintenance phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables • Develop comprehensive test plans and test procedures based on system specifications, user requirements, and technical documentation • Accurately document and report defects, ensuring proper prioritization and escalation when necessary • Review and provide feedback on test documentation to align with project goals • Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and blockers, providing solutions and escalating concerns to team leads as appropriate • Independently manage assigned work with minimal oversight from team leads • Monitor software quality metrics and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure future delivery excellence

• Support Product Dev Managers in defining the minimum viable product (MVP) for a given application / product and the supporting release plans. • Conduct requirement discovery, data modeling, process improvement/reengineering analysis, process design, and models BPM applications, user interface design, and data interface requirement discovery. • Conduct discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to collect and document solution requirements. • Collaborate with Product Dev Managers and technology stakeholders (e.g., Systems Architects) to define new and or enhanced product requirements and functionality. • Collaborate with Product Dev Managers to support the prioritization of feature enablers defined by architects within the product roadmap. • Deliver and maintain user engagement analytics for the purpose of characterizing users (i.e. sectors, demographics, needs, requirements, etc.) and supporting case studies and other anecdotal information • Author user stories by breaking down big problems into small stories that provide value to users, with detailed acceptance criteria that developers and QA can rely upon to complete their tasks. • Work continuously with teams to provide answers, feedback and direction on work items, enablers, user stories. • Consult Product Dev Managers for guidance and clarity on the product vision, roadmap, requirements. • Collaborate with team to define the sprint plan based on the priority outlined within the overall product vision and roadmap. • Refine product requirements based on the input obtained through user engagements, sprint showcases, and demos. • Collaborate with the team to prepare the estimates for the user stories within the product backlog. • Conduct the formal review and acceptance of user stories implemented by a team. • Identify, track, and manage risks; escalate when necessary. • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. • Design and implement complex data models based on customer application requirements. • Use tools such as TFS, Jira and Github for different project management responsibilities.

• Serve as a Department of War (DoW) PPBE subject matter expert, advising on budget formulation, programming, justification, and execution processes across defense programs. • Support implementation of Groundswell financial management (FM) and PPBE solutions, translating DoW requirements into functional capabilities. • Provide functional expertise on defense budget structures, appropriations, and execution tracking, ensuring solutions align with DoW FM policies and reporting requirements. • Assist business development and capture efforts by contributing FM expertise to solution design, proposal development, and client engagements within the DoW market. • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to shape and enhance FM and Program capabilities supporting defense budgeting and resource management needs. • Contribute to Groundswell’s internal strategy and solution development, helping build reusable frameworks, solutions, and thought leadership supporting DoW FM and Program modernization.
