• Support Product Dev Managers in defining the minimum viable product (MVP) for a given application / product and the supporting release plans. • Conduct requirement discovery, data modeling, process improvement/reengineering analysis, process design, and models BPM applications, user interface design, and data interface requirement discovery. • Conduct discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to collect and document solution requirements. • Collaborate with Product Dev Managers and technology stakeholders (e.g., Systems Architects) to define new and or enhanced product requirements and functionality. • Deliver and maintain user engagement analytics for the purpose of characterizing users (i.e. sectors, demographics, needs, requirements, etc.) and supporting case studies and other anecdotal information. • Author user stories by breaking down big problems into small stories that provide value to users, with detailed acceptance criteria that developers and QA can rely upon to complete their tasks. • Work continuously with teams to provide answers, feedback and direction on work items, enablers, user stories. • Consult Product Dev Managers for guidance and clarity on the product vision, roadmap, requirements. • Collaborate with team to define the sprint plan based on the priority outlined within the overall product vision and roadmap. • Refine product requirements based on the input obtained through user engagements, sprint showcases, and demos. • Collaborate with the team to prepare the estimates for the user stories within the product backlog. • Conduct the formal review and acceptance of user stories implemented by a team. • Identify, track, and manage risks; escalate when necessary. • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. • Design and implement complex data models based on customer application requirements. • Use tools such as TFS, Jira and Github for different project management responsibilities.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred). - 4+ years of experience developing in UiPath. - 2+ years of hands-on development in UiPath. - Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform. - Experience configuring UiPath’s AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces. - Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs. - Process-minded individuals with good presentation and communication skills (customer facing). - Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; fluency in any other languages is a plus. - US citizenship. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance per contract requirements - preference given to candidates already cleared. • Design and develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath using RE Framework and other development best practices • Maintain and update technical documentation • Follow and recommend improvements of good best practices, methodologies, QA/testing, policies, and procedures • Recommend continual improvements for RPA solutions • Author and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), process definitions, and other automation artifacts to support development and knowledge transfer • Build, deploy, and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, and asset configuration • Leverage UiPath Automation Suite to deliver enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on-premises environments • Develop and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to support AI-assisted decision-making and user-guided automation • Implement Document Understanding workflows to process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data using AI models and OCR • Integrate UiPath with third-party systems and APIs to enable seamless end-to-end process automation • Collaborate with business analysts, process SMEs, and testers to ensure automations align with business requirements and deliver measurable value • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) to ensure iterative, transparent, and high-quality delivery

• Ensure servers are secure and up to date by monitoring Nessus scans performed on the servers and resolving web or network vulnerabilities displayed in the logs • Present findings and resolved issues during team standup • Migrate on-prem servers to AWS Cloud • Migrate to IPV6 effort which entails testing in an IPV6 environment • Support Disaster Recovery effort to ensure our data/infrastructure can be recovered is there is any failure • Perform System Administration functions of on-premise Windows servers • Support the transition from on-premise to cloud services • Support security scans and remediations • Support C&A (Certification and Accreditation) processes, tasks and documentation • Provide prompt resolution of critical issues and vulnerability findings • Provide innovative solutions for process improvement and efficiencies • Provide user access/permission management support • Ensure smooth operation of inter-dependent system and related activities • Configure new DevOps pipelines following a provided template

• Support the negotiation, preparation, and administration of contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Task Orders (TOs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). • Assist with managing various government contract types including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts. • Prepare formal contract correspondence and help ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, federal and state regulations, and internal policies. • Review and process contract awards, modifications, contract closeouts, and related documentation. • Support proposal and capture teams with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including compliance reviews, proposal documentation, and audit trail maintenance. • Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, pricing, business development, operations, and program teams to support contract administration activities. • Maintain organized contract files and ensure documentation is completed in accordance with FAR, regulatory, and company requirements. • Interpret contract provisions and provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and requirements. • Prepare and distribute contracts and related documents for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Assist with additional contracts and compliance responsibilities as needed.
