Role Description As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Search at Bloomreach, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for our Search product. This is a high-impact role covering positioning, messaging, launch planning, customer communications, and sales awareness for our entire search and product discovery suite. If you are a product marketer who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments, can translate technical capability into compelling commercial narrative, and wants to own something end-to-end — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Own Search Go-to-Market - Be the dedicated Product Marketing Manager for our search and product discovery offerings. - Drive positioning, messaging, and launch planning for Search-related features end-to-end. - Build, maintain and optimize the Search GTM narrative, including decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks. - Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-launch learnings to the broader team. - Own win-loss and insights for Search. - Lead responses to Analyst enquiries and reports for Search alongside Analyst Relations teams. - Connect Search to the Broader Platform Story - Translate how Search connects to Bloomreach's wider platform so the field can sell the whole story, not just the product. - Build clear, field-usable narratives connecting Search to conversational agents and Loomi Connect. - Support Bloomreach's broader agentic and AI narrative as it intersects with search and discovery. - Sales Enablement and Field Readiness - Build and maintain the core materials that help sales and internal teams talk about Search credibly and compellingly. - Produce field-ready assets: talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, objection handling, and technical integration briefs. - Collaborate with the Enablement team to develop training content and monitor what is landing in the field. - Keep Search materials current, versioned, and actively used. - Cross-Functional Partnership - Work alongside — not independently of — the technical PMM, product, sales, and CS. - Partner closely with technical PMM on platform launches. - Partner closely with Product leaders on upcoming feature launches, setting launch priorities and managing launch timelines. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related field, ideally at a SaaS or ecommerce technology company. - Experience in Search, ecommerce, or AI product marketing strongly preferred. - Comfortable with technical products and technical stakeholders — you do not need to be an engineer, but you can read documentation, hold your own with a product team, and know when to ask for validation. - Strong writing skills: you can make complex capability accessible without losing precision. Clarity is your superpower. - Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities. - Able to handle cross-functional complexity and stakeholder dynamics without needing a lot of hand-holding. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field. Requirements The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above. Benefits - Health care including medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401k plan with employer contribution. - Culture of freedom and trust with flexible working hours. - Virtual-first work environment with several Bloomreach Hubs available across three continents. - Company events to experience the global spirit of the company. - Paid volunteering activities — every Bloomreacher can take 5 paid days off to volunteer. - Employee Assistance Program with counselors for non-work-related challenges. - Subscription to Calm - sleep and meditation app. - ‘DisConnect’ days for additional time off each quarter. - Extended parental leave up to 26 calendar weeks for Primary Caregivers. - Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options based on role, seniority, and location. - Participation in the company's performance bonus. - Employee referral bonus of up to $3,000. - Celebration of work anniversaries — Bloomversaries!
