Key Responsibilities: - Lead and direct the development and implementation of media strategies that drive digital commerce growth aligned with category goals. - Translate business objectives into performance plans and channel roles across priority digital ecosystems (e.g., retail media, eRetail search, social, programmatic, affiliate). - Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels; own day-to-day trading and bid management to maximize outcomes (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV). - Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights—monitor pacing, budgets, bids, and delivery vs. KPI commitments. - Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and identify/exploit optimization opportunities across creative/message, audience, and media activation. - Ensure performance investments are optimized to complement and work in synergy with national media investments—minimizing redundancy and maximizing effectiveness across the full plan. - Ensure all performance marketing activities adhere to P&G media buying principles and governance. Job Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in performance media (preferably consumer goods); experience driving indirect sales is a must. - Proven track record of driving DTC brand growth with media and delivering results, including social selling platforms. - Strong understanding of ecommerce technologies, platforms, data, and best practices. - Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including retail media, eRetail search, social (Meta & TikTok), SEO, SEM, programmatic, and affiliate marketing. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ecommerce platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams; proven operational discipline. - Unrelenting passion for driving digital sales outcomes with media and belief that more is possible; agile and thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Independent operator who performs well in ambiguity; influential internally and externally; high curiosity and challenges norms. - Ability to work hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH based office.
