Role Description As a Media Lead focused on Digital Media and Performance Marketing, you'll develop and execute data-driven media strategies that connect with consumers across digital touchpoints. You'll lead planning and performance efforts for National & Local Humana & CenterWell campaigns, ensuring they reflect campaign needs while aligning with the brand and driving measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep digital marketing expertise and a passion for optimizing performance and exceeding campaign goals and objectives. Role Responsibilities - Lead digital media strategy and execution. - Partner with internal teams, agencies, and analytics functions to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns. - Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and continuous performance optimization. - Analyze campaign performance and proactively optimize; continuously monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. - Present strategies, learnings, and results to senior leadership. - Drive innovation by testing new platforms, technologies, and optimization strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in digital media strategy, performance marketing, and campaign execution. - Proven experience with large bidding platforms (SA360, Kenshoo, Etc). - Expertise in paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. - Proven leadership in performance-driven bidding and automation. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Strong understanding of digital ecosystem dynamics and performance marketing best practices. - Demonstrated experience managing agency and vendor relationships. - Deep expertise in performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and attribution modeling. - Experience working in highly regulated industries. - Highly collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. Requirements - The associate selected for this role should reside in or around one of the following locations: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Tampa, FL; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Washington, D.C. Preferred - Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry. - Proficiency in media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DSPs, paid social platforms). - Performance Media Agency or Fortune 50 client experience. - Minimum 7 years in paid search specific media managing annual budgets of 25MM+. Additional Information - This position will operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours and may require travel 1-2 times a year. - This position is listed as remote, but may require in-office work from time to time. - To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service must meet specific criteria. - Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate for their position/job. - Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
