• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities. • Create and manage programs across email, webinars, digital advertising, content syndication, nurture programs, and account-based marketing initiatives. • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns with business priorities and target accounts. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize programs to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution. • Manage campaign execution within Marketo, including program setup, segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, and reporting. • Ensure accurate lead routing, tracking, and campaign attribution through Marketo and Salesforce. • Build and optimize automated nurture programs to improve engagement and accelerate buyer progression. • Support account-based marketing initiatives focused on strategic healthcare and enterprise accounts. • Collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-marketing programs that generate demand and expand market reach. • Track campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline creation, and ROI. • Develop regular reporting and insights to inform marketing and sales leadership. • Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. • Support demand generation activities surrounding webinars, conferences, trade shows, and executive events.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience.
- Proven success creating and executing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline results.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Tools (Marketo and/or Hubspot preferred), including campaign execution, segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce and marketing attribution reporting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, webinars, paid media, digital campaigns, and lead lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Preferred: Experience marketing cybersecurity, healthcare technology, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing programs.
- Familiarity with partner and channel marketing initiatives.
