As the Sr Business Insights Analyst on the Sales Performance Management Analytics and Reporting team you will be responsible for parsing complex data to deliver meaningful, actionable business insights and strategic guidance to our business partners in Business Banking. You will play an instrumental role in evaluating the impact of various services, products, and business initiatives through reporting and analytics to drive business improvement and opportunity. You will assist the Business Insights Manager by extracting and manipulating data to create quantitative analysis, reporting and presentation that visualizes the data into actionable insights that inform and provide recommendations on high-level decision-making and strategy. This role will require you to work cross functionally to ensure information is accurately being captured and reporting goals/needs are achieved. Primary responsibilities include Provide analyses and reports to identify trends/insights and formulate recommendations that will influence business decisions. Create, synthesize and present customized data requests, transforming data into a story that informs both high level strategy and tactical decision-making. Work with business leaders to identify and understand business needs. Translate needs into requirements and deliverables. Work with technical and development partners to deliver solutions based on requirements. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Required Qualifications 5+ years professional experience in an analytical role Strong Tableau and Tableau Prep skills - ability to build dashboards at a developer level Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives Strong problem solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional partnerships Proficient in Alteryx, Microsoft Access and SQL Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business administration, or quantitative field Ability to code in SQL Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Hybrid: 4 days per week on-site, 1 day remote Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
