• Oversee the delivery of brand marketing initiatives including analyst relations, industry awards, PR campaigns, and thought leadership programs. • Partner with external PR agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate media outreach and maintain relationships with journalists and analysts. • Manage awards submission calendars, content creation, and cross-team inputs to ensure deadlines are met. • Support the creation and dissemination of press releases, case studies, and brand storytelling assets. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and the marketing teams. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for brand marketing campaigns. • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve project roadblocks. • Coordinate cross-functional input from design, content, digital, and product marketing teams. • Keep global comms calendar up to date, working closely with Regional and Functional leaders. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates across marketing leadership, PR agencies, and analyst firms. • Manage expectations and alignment with internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and report on the impact of PR, awards, and analyst relations activities. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future brand initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process improvements in planning and execution.
• Lead Service Design and Customer Experience (CX) initiatives, considering the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition through ongoing relationship management. • Compile, organize, and analyze existing inputs such as: Voice of the Customer (VoC) historical surveys and customer feedback internal studies and previous evaluations • Plan and facilitate customer listening initiatives with customers and stakeholders, including: interviews qualitative and quantitative research • Map customer journeys, identifying: pain points process bottlenecks opportunities for improvement and optimization • Support the definition and evolution of the desired experience model, considering: unified vs. segmented experience strategies differentiation by customer profile and stage in the journey • Create and structure: prioritization matrices initiative timelines with short-, medium-, and long-term actions • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening and promoting a customer-centric culture across the organization. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, monitor initiative execution, and ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across deliverables. • Demonstrate openness to leveraging AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to increase productivity, insight generation, and decision-making, applying critical thinking and sound judgment in their use.
• Create and execute highly polished visual design and concepts that are consistently on brand and directly connect to solving the client's business needs. This includes typography, composition, interface, logos, branding, components, etc. for various platforms, viewports, and otherwise. • Craft and present high fidelity design concepts and directions as a necessary part of the design process. This includes actively participating in brainstorms, contributing ideas and inspiration, and solutions of one’s own articulated through references, sketches storyboards, mood boards and conceptual designs. • Keep one’s own high standard of design, presentation, processes, and all the ways we work with each other and engage with our clients. • Stay current and champion new AI practices, recent design methodologies, trends and techniques. Proactively search for and recommend new best practices. • Bring to life design through working prototypes and motion, including the ability to think about motion in interaction, create prototypes in Figma, and/or other AI tools. • Create design systems, style guides, brand guides, other artifacts to describe and visualize the intended user experience, as well as prepare assets for development. • Collaborate with the team, including UX designers, strategists, copywriter, creative directors, developers and other visual designers. • Build and sustain effective working relationships internally and externally, and especially within the design group. • Mentor other more junior designers and play a role in helping build a dynamic design culture.

• Own and evolve the enterprise activation AI strategy, with accountability for AI eco-system governance, platform, tool, and model activation, and end-to-end value optimization • Assess, shape the existing AI vendor, and platform landscape to identify value optimization opportunities aligned to business priorities, enterprise constraints, and security requirements • Define pragmatic governance, operating models, and guardrails that enable responsible AI adoption without creating unnecessary friction • Establish frameworks to measure usage, risk, and optimization opportunities across our enterprise landscape and our workforce • Monitor emerging AI technologies, market developments, and vendor roadmaps to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage • Partner with business leaders to enable decisioning and to connect this to enterprise IT execution • Act as a trusted advisor rather than a reactive order taker • Work within, and orchestrate across, IT and cybersecurity teams to reduce unnecessary friction while working within a risk tolerant framework appropriate to address the business needs • Design and promote pragmatic AI governance models that drive low process friction and high AI adoption • Balance speed, innovation, and security in decision-making • Drive cultural change within IT toward a consultative, business-enabling mindset • Challenge legacy control-driven behaviors that limit innovation • Influence stakeholders across multiple levels without relying solely on authority • Educate business and IT teams on AI opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies
