Job Description

Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

RVO Health

• Create reporting to monitor denial rates, charge capture, and accounts receivable (A/R) metrics, providing actionable insights. • Identify root causes of rejected claims, collaborate with billing teams to correct errors, and implement preventive measures. • Analyze billing procedures to increase collections, improve cash flow, and minimize financial loss. • Ensure all claims comply with federal/state regulations (e.g. HIPAA) • Work with IT to manage, test, and upgrade EMR (electronic medical record) or other billing software systems • Ensure claims are submitted to payors timely and claims are processed efficiently

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Health Administration, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years in revenue cycle management and healthcare billing using a medical billing software or EMR
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Deep understanding of ICD-10, CPT coding, payer policies
