Role Description Pipeline is the engine behind everything we want to do in the enterprise segment - and right now Lucidya is scaling fast across large-scale organisations. The companies we want to reach are no longer asking whether AI belongs in customer experience - they are deciding who to buy it from. As a Growth Specialist, you won't just be "running campaigns." You'll be building the demand-generation engine that turns paid and outbound channels into qualified pipeline, working hands-on inside the Performance Marketing team with modern tooling and AI doing real work alongside a lean team. You will directly influence how much pipeline reaches our sellers, how efficiently we generate enterprise demand, and how fast Lucidya grows in the markets that matter most. If you are data-driven, fast-moving, and you would rather build and ship than wait for a brief, this role is built for you. What You Will Do - Own demand-generation targets across paid and outbound channels, and optimize relentlessly to hit lead and pipeline goals. - Support the Senior B2B Media Manager to build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta - including audiences, budgets, negatives, and creative testing. - Build and run outbound programs across email and LinkedIn, using enrichment, buyer signals, and AI personalization to keep quality high even at volume. - Build and maintain target audiences and contact lists using enrichment and intent data. - Own day-to-day marketing operations in HubSpot - workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, list hygiene, and deliverability. - Partner with content and web teams to build and improve landing pages and conversion paths, and run A/B tests that actually move conversion. - Track and report on funnel performance - cost per lead, cost per acquisition, MQL and SQL conversion, and channel ROI - then surface the insight and recommend the fix. - Put AI tools to work to scale content and personalization and to automate the repetitive parts of the job. - Keep data clean and make sure every campaign meets privacy and anti-spam regulations. - You are responsible for outcomes: qualified pipeline, an efficient cost of acquisition, and demand the sales team can actually close. Qualifications - You've spent 2 to 4 years in performance marketing, demand generation, growth, or revenue operations - ideally inside B2B SaaS. - You've run the real thing: hands-on paid media campaigns, outbound programs, or both. - You're analytical to the core and at home in data and reporting - the numbers tell you what to do next. - You have an operator mindset. You build, ship, and fix things yourself, and you don't need to be managed task by task. - You pick up new tools and AI workflows fast - you'd rather learn one by using it than by reading about it. - Your technical toolkit - you know these, or can ramp on them fast: - Paid media platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. - CRM and marketing automation: HubSpot. - Outbound and enrichment tools: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, HeyReach, or similar. - Analytics and reporting: GA4, Looker Studio, and native platform analytics. - AI tools for content and personalization: such as Claude or Codex. - Email deliverability is a plus - working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Bonus Points If - You've marketed to customer experience, support, or operations buyers. - You've run SEO and AEO alongside paid and outbound. - You've run campaigns across multiple markets or languages. Culturally, You Are - Ambitious but humble. - Competitive but ethical. - Outcome-driven, not ego-driven. - Comfortable in a fast-scaling environment where structure evolves. What the Hiring Process Will Look Like - Screening call with Talent Acquisition - Technical interview / deep dive with the hiring manager - Practical case study or campaign exercise - Bar Raisers Interview (culture fit call) - Offer

Priorities may shift quickly. Oftentimes, we're tackling very ambiguous problems that don't have clear-cut answers. At times, you'll need to build things in a day: we live and breathe a value called "Calculated Speed". We don't have structured management (yet!). We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage. We trust each team member to create a flexible work schedule that allows them to be most productive while accommodating other priorities outside of work. We also strongly encourage time off to recharge the batteries: in addition to unlimited PTO, we've implemented a minimum 20 days vacation policy.

Specifically, you will: - Run consumer paid acquisition across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), programmatic/DSP, and unconventional channels. - Handle the technical side of mobile app marketing - MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), attribution, SKAdNetwork. - Contribute to channel and budget strategy alongside the team - work together to figure out what to test, scale, and cut. - Apply analytical rigor to every spend decision - CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, attribution. - Partner with marketing, creative, and product on ad creative, landing pages, and full-funnel optimization. - Test, iterate, and scale what works. Qualifications - Likely 3–6 years of paid acquisition experience at a consumer mobile app, mobile gaming developer, or similar. - Strong technical chops on mobile app marketing. MMPs, attribution, SKAdNetwork - you've done the work, not just managed someone who has. - You've run multiple paid channels. Strong POV on what works where and how budget should move. - You back every spend decision with data. CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, attribution - you have the rigor to defend your calls. - You've worked at a fast-growing organization with real ownership. - You actively use AI tools in your workflows. - Bonus: mobile gaming background; out-of-home or direct mail experience. Benefits - Own paid acquisition across multiple channels for a well-loved consumer app (4.8 stars across 130K reviews). - Have real influence over budget and strategy. - Move quickly and experiment often. - Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams. - Operate with strong data advantages. Why you might not be excited about us - This is not a pure “media buyer” role. - We care deeply about efficiency and accountability. - Things change quickly. - You'll need to thrive with autonomy. - We expect more than 9 to 5 - raw hours make an impact at our current stage.
