Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline and revenue for our supply chain solutions. This role will drive demand generation, optimize digital performance, and support go-to-market strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market supply chain leaders. - Develop and execute growth campaigns to drive qualified pipeline for supply chain software and services - Partner with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) targeting key accounts - Manage and optimize digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display, email, and SEO - Utilize AI-powered tools to improve campaign performance, targeting precision, and lead nurturing - Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-impact assets - Build dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI - Use tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics - Conduct A/B testing and optimization across landing pages, messaging, and conversion paths - Leverage customer insights to refine positioning and messaging - Participate in and assist with industry and partner events and tradeshows as needed Qualifications - 4 – 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or performance marketing in a B2B technology company - Proven track record of driving 20% YoY growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue through marketing initiatives - Experience marketing complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and pipeline generation strategies - Experience with CRM, AI-powered tools, and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress) - Preferred: Supply chain industry experience - Preferred: Software marketing experience Requirements - The candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. Candidates may live anywhere in the U.S. - This is a home-based, full-time, exempt role. - This position requires the ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight travel by air and/or car. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. • Conduct client interviews via phone or onsite. • Work directly with clients to understand their business and make recommendations for improvement in the area of their business. • Share best practices and provide guidance to clients throughout the duration of the project. • Produce a detailed functional design document to match client requirements. • Guide client through system implementation, and identify any problems, opportunities, and risks. • Responsible for training clients after the implementation. • Responsible for the final checklist in the implementation process and ensuring completion of client documentation. • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope to successful completion. • Communicate with both internal and external clients regarding the status of a project. • Participate and/or lead project meetings. • Will work with clients after implementation to provide support and ensure issues are addressed. • Train the client's team and provide knowledge transfer in the operation of modified software. • Participate in pre-sales activities and meetings as necessary. • Participate in industry and marketing activities as necessary.
