• Own and manage strategic relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. • Serve as the primary point of escalation to resolve customer disputes, service issues, and internal alignment challenges. • Act as an information conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, including Regional, Corporate, Divisional, Franchisee, and National Franchisee organizations. • Bring customer insights back into the organization to inform product development, marketing strategy, and service improvements. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on emerging markets and market share expansion. • Review and establish monthly sales forecasting and project planning to support company sales budgets. • Partner with the VP of Sales to develop selling strategies and tactics for domestic and international markets. • Support international sales efforts in regions where no dedicated Sales Manager exists or involvement is limited. • Direct, coach, and develop outside sales and sales administration teams supporting key customer accounts. • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development through training, coaching, and individual development plans. • Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the sales organization. • Makes professional development a top priority to retain and grow our talent to include but not limited to ongoing training and development and individual development plan execution for each member of your team. • Review and manage team workload, promote cross-training, and ensure efficient information sharing and project execution. • Coordinate communication and execution between Sales, Sales Administration, Product Management, Segment Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounts Receivable, Production Planning, Shipping, Information Systems, Service, Warranty, and Turnkey Installation teams. • Establish and maintain infrastructure and processes that support sales execution, installations, service, and warranty needs for key customer accounts. • Lead process improvement initiatives and corrective actions through structured problem-solving efforts. • Assist the VP of Sales with organizing sales meetings, national conventions, and customer-facing events. • Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, conventions, and industry events. • Travel extensively within the U.S. and internationally to support customer relationships and sales growth initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.
• Provide technical training to new service provider technicians • Support ongoing advanced training at Regional Training Centers • Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement for training • Develop and implement training programs and materials • Provide excellent customer service to service providers and customers • Communicate highly technical information effectively • Provide technical assistance for escalated issues • Collaborate with Technical Product Support team • Assist in technical troubleshooting questions
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making for key accounts. • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with sales, product, and brand objectives. • Collaborate with Leadership and distributors to refine marketing strategies, including brand positioning, trade shows, and industry engagement. • Partner with Product Development and Marketing teams to support new product and service initiatives that respond to market needs. • Conduct trainings and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders based on business insights and project outcomes. • Monitor and report on sales performance, profitability, and growth metrics to track success and support decision-making. • Standardize measurement processes to evaluate impact on sales, profitability, and market share. • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that drive business development and organizational objectives.

• Achieve sales growth targets and market share gains. • Develops and maintains relationships with assigned key customer contacts and corporate departmental decision-makers to assure complete understanding and knowledge of customer operational and menu objectives / plans and customer political atmosphere. • Defend organization from competitors and provide feedback to appropriate management team regarding the competitive landscape. • Establish and execute regularly scheduled executive review process with both corporate senior managers and critical regional stakeholders. • Prepares and communicates monthly progress reports relative to business development, quotes, and/or summary of activities. • Coordinates and communicates results of all new product field testing and takes immediate action to resolve any product performance issues that may arise during the test period. • Investigates and determines cause of customer initiated issues related to product functionality and / or service levels and provides timely internal and external communication of corrective actions implemented. • Serves as liaison between customer and all associated company divisions as required. • Attend and coordinate customer and industry related trade shows and conventions.
• Own and grow strategic Foodservice accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and positioning the company as a trusted partner. • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with overall channel priorities and growth targets. • Lead all aspects of account planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline development. • Partner with internal teams (Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance) to ensure consistent execution and delivery. • Oversee order flow, project coordination, and service delivery to ensure a high-quality customer experience. • Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and share growth within existing accounts. • Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, protecting long-term relationships. • Lead regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders to assess performance and identify opportunities. • Provide insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform channel strategy. • Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and trade show.
