• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making for key accounts. • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with sales, product, and brand objectives. • Collaborate with Leadership and distributors to refine marketing strategies, including brand positioning, trade shows, and industry engagement. • Partner with Product Development and Marketing teams to support new product and service initiatives that respond to market needs. • Conduct trainings and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders based on business insights and project outcomes. • Monitor and report on sales performance, profitability, and growth metrics to track success and support decision-making. • Standardize measurement processes to evaluate impact on sales, profitability, and market share. • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that drive business development and organizational objectives.
• Manage day-to-day project development from initiation to completion. • Document project scope. • Organize projects in logical, cost effective, and measurable steps. • Track and report project progress on a consistent and accurate basis. • Coordinate cross functional activities. • Integrate company standards and policies with project requirements. • Recommend solutions, implementation, and deployment within project life-cycle. • Document and report project information, as needed, utilizing appropriate systems. • May provide training following project deployment.

• Achieve sales growth targets and market share gains. • Develops and maintains relationships with assigned key customer contacts and corporate departmental decision-makers to assure complete understanding and knowledge of customer operational and menu objectives / plans and customer political atmosphere. • Defend organization from competitors and provide feedback to appropriate management team regarding the competitive landscape. • Establish and execute regularly scheduled executive review process with both corporate senior managers and critical regional stakeholders. • Prepares and communicates monthly progress reports relative to business development, quotes, and/or summary of activities. • Coordinates and communicates results of all new product field testing and takes immediate action to resolve any product performance issues that may arise during the test period. • Investigates and determines cause of customer initiated issues related to product functionality and / or service levels and provides timely internal and external communication of corrective actions implemented. • Serves as liaison between customer and all associated company divisions as required. • Attend and coordinate customer and industry related trade shows and conventions.
• Own and grow strategic Foodservice accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and positioning the company as a trusted partner. • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with overall channel priorities and growth targets. • Lead all aspects of account planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline development. • Partner with internal teams (Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance) to ensure consistent execution and delivery. • Oversee order flow, project coordination, and service delivery to ensure a high-quality customer experience. • Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and share growth within existing accounts. • Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, protecting long-term relationships. • Lead regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders to assess performance and identify opportunities. • Provide insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform channel strategy. • Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and trade show.
• Oversee the Distribution Channel • Manage strategic accounts in the Kitchen Manufacturers and Retail segments • Deliver sales targets consistently and within defined timelines • Present, promote, and sell Franke products to existing and potential customers • Develop and grow business by maintaining long‑term customer relationships • Ensure effective implementation of Franke’s commercial policies • Drive fast resolution of customer issues • Analyze territory potential and monitor sales trends • Support local events and trade marketing initiatives
