About The Role We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own competitive intelligence, pricing, and packaging. This role ensures WEKA maintains a winning edge in the fast-moving AI infrastructure market by deeply understanding competitors, sharpening our differentiation, and optimizing how we package and price our innovations. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll collaborate with sales, product, finance, and executive leadership to refine competitive positioning, evolve our pricing models, and deliver insights that directly impact win rates and growth. Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who gets energy from digging into the details of how markets and competitors operate, then turning that intelligence into sharp positioning and practical tools for the field. You pair analytical rigor with creativity, finding ways to make pricing and packaging both simple for customers and effective for growth. You’re highly collaborative—comfortable working across product, sales, and finance—and you enjoy driving measurable impact in a competitive, fast-paced market. What You’ll Be Working On Competitive Intelligence – Own WEKA’s competitive analysis program: track key competitors, uncover strengths/weaknesses, and deliver actionable battlecards and insights for sales and product Pricing & Packaging Strategy – Partner with product, finance, and sales to refine pricing models and packaging for NeuralMesh, Axon, and AMG—balancing simplicity, value capture, and customer ROI Market Insights – Conduct research on market trends, customer buying behavior, and deal dynamics to inform product positioning and monetization strategies Field Enablement – Equip sales, SEs, and partners with tools to win competitive deals (playbooks, objection handling, ROI/TCO models) Analyst & Industry Engagement – Contribute competitive and market intelligence to analyst relations and thought leadership content Performance Measurement – Develop KPIs to measure pricing effectiveness, win rates, and competitive positioning success Qualifications
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or strategy in enterprise infrastructure/software.
- Hands-on experience in competitive analysis, win/loss programs, and pricing/packaging
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills to work across product, sales, finance, and executive leadership
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills; adept at building concise enablement materials
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
