Senior Product Manager

MaintainX

MaintainX is the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. We’re a modern IoT-enabled, cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities. MaintainX powers operational excellence for 12,000+ businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions, Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Xylem, and Shell. We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to build new solutions that connect every worker on the factory floor. This role will focus on expanding the MaintainX platform to better serve our customers, helping them capture machine data, collaborate with maintenance teams, and keep assets running safely and efficiently. You’ll work directly with customers to uncover high-impact problems, define the product roadmap, and launch new capabilities that make MaintainX the central hub for connected maintenance. What You’ll Do Build new solutions that connect teams through a single platform to improve uptime, collaboration, and site performance. Develop and launch AI-powered capabilities that help frontline workers capture and act on critical machine data in real time. Partner closely with customers to identify new use cases and deliver new solutions that extend the value of the MaintainX platform. Collaborate with GTM teams to define packaging and positioning strategies that align with customer needs and drive adoption. Work hands-on with Design and Engineering to deliver delightful, impactful features that scale across multiple customer segments. Translate insights from customer conversations, data, and market research into a clear, actionable roadmap. Champion the voice of the customer within MaintainX, ensuring we are delivering value and solving high priority problems for our users. About You 4–6+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping successful, user-centric products. Experience bringing new products or offerings to market — from opportunity identification through launch. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and charting a path forward with limited definition. Strong cross-functional leadership skills — able to partner with executives, GTM, Design, and Engineering to drive alignment and execution. Deep curiosity and empathy for frontline users; passionate about building intuitive, high-impact tools. Comfortable balancing scrappy validation work with long-term product scaling. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence and inspire across teams. What’s In It for You Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities. Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) / RRSP enrollment program. Take-what-you-need PTO and flexible work culture. A mission-driven company supported by a collaborative, humble, and smart team environment where merit and effort are celebrated. The opportunity to shape a new product line that expands MaintainX’s reach to millions of frontline workers globally. About Us Our mission is to make the lives of blue-collar workers easier worldwide by creating software that meets their needs and realities. Our product is truly life-changing for 80% of the workforce that doesn’t work behind a desk and needs enterprise-grade software at their fingertips. MaintainX is committed to creating a diverse environment.
