• Design, build, operate and maintain the pipelines and infrastructure that deploy Asset Manager to Unity's public cloud, with reliable, automated, low-friction releases. • Create the tooling, packaging, and deployment options that let enterprise customers run Asset Manager in their own private and self-hosted cloud environments. • Extend these deployment patterns so other Unity products and services can reach private enterprise cloud systems. • Strengthen observability, security, and reliability across both public and private deployments. • Partner with product engineers to shape services for portability, and mentor others on deployment and operational best practices. • Your First 90 Days: • By 30 days: You've learned our public cloud deployment pipelines and infrastructure, partnered with our current DevOps engineer, and identified the highest-impact opportunities to improve reliability and reduce toil. • By 60 days: You've taken ownership of a meaningful slice of the deployment process, delivered improvements to automation or reliability, and started mapping out repeatable patterns for private enterprise deployments. • By 90 days: You've made our public cloud releases measurably smoother and stood up (or significantly advanced) a repeatable path for deploying Asset Manager into a private enterprise environment.

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and architect high-impact AI and automation use cases across Workday that streamline processes, improve employee experiences, and eliminate repetitive manual work • Support and optimize HR business processes through thoughtful system configuration, automation, and continuous improvement • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate new capabilities into actionable business opportunities (e.g. Claude Cowork, Moveworks, Frontier AI) • Drive operational efficiency through automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision-making using Workday reporting and analytics tools including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics • Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics to support strategic HR decision-making • Provide guidance and technical expertise on Workday capabilities, reporting, analytics, and solution architecture

Title: Credit & Collections Analyst Location: Bengaluru, India Category: Finance & Accounting Job Description: The opportunity Unity Technologies is looking for a Credit and Collections analyst to be an integral part of our revenue accounting operations team! You will be working cross-functionally with our Sales, Finance, Legal and Revenue accounting operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be focused on performing credit checks, reviewing new cash collections, resolving unapplied cash and reconciling accounts to reduce aged receivables. What you'll be doing - Perform credit checks for new customer accounts and update credit for existing customers based on positive/negative information - Monitor, review, follow-up and resolve issues related to overdue account receivables - Contact customers with past due invoices, exercising considerable judgment, professionalism and tact. - Escalate issues to Supervisor and Account Managers when their intervention or awareness is required. - Perform account reconciliations to ensure that outstanding balances are correct What we're looking for - 3+ years of credit and collections experience in a fast-paced SAS/high-tech industry - Experience with Workday, Netsuite, Zuora and/or Salesforce - Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments and at different levels - Knowledge of excel at an intermediate level You might also have - Adept at handling shifting priorities and meeting deadlines - Proven attention to detail - Proactive and eager to learn and try new things - Ability to work with team members spread across multiple locations.
