Strategic Partnerships Executive – Direct Sales
Mission Telecom
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networking to identify new partners • Maintain daily outreach activity including 80–100 outbound calls while building relationships with nonprofits, schools, and libraries • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners • Build strong relationships, conduct account check-ins, and identify opportunities for growth and referrals • Ensure a positive partner experience throughout the sales and onboarding process • Address questions or issues quickly and gather feedback to improve service delivery • Guide partners through onboarding and help them maximize the value of Mission Telecom’s services • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service needs • Represent Mission Telecom at conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand awareness • Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems such as Salesforce
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, relationship management, fundraising, or community engagement
- Comfortable conducting 80–100 outbound calls daily and proactively generating new partnership opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility
- Self-motivated with strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
- Passion for supporting nonprofits, schools, libraries, and mission-driven organizations
- Experience using business technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, or comparable systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools

• Oversees note taking during meetings/calls and sends prompt recaps to all appropriate parties • Coordinates the resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans • Follows and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Works in close partnership with Project Manager to ensure smooth production process • May review timelines created by PM to ensure dates align to client SOP and needs • Collaborates with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations • May serve as the day-to-day client contact on select projects
• Use effective industry skills and abilities to support our innovative transportation services • Exercise excellent customer service while identifying and properly escalating potential daily challenges or service deficiencies • Assist in managing the daily service of accounts in addition to recruiting, vetting and credentialing service providers (third party transportation companies) • Manage and oversee Field Operations to include, but not limited to, new client start-ups, client retention and development along with growing existing accounts • Responsible for the continuous improvement of a safe, efficient, and effective transportation system • Liaise between EverDriven and our clients while providing guidance, direction, and feedback • Maintain a safe and efficient environment for our passengers, contractors, and the non-riding public by managing regulatory and client policies and procedures • Monitor all local transportation to ensure performance in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications of EverDriven contracts with clients and providers • Develop and maintain open communication channels with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff • Cooperate with EverDriven departments to establish and maintain documentation regarding provider information, operations, as well as maintenance and safety inspections • Understand and follow safety rules established by regulatory bodies and client contracts • As a part of normal business operations, employees in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
