Role Description Real Chemistry is looking for a Manager, Beyond Insights to join our growing team! Spring & Bond, a part of Real Chemistry, is a digital media agency and consultancy helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers build robust, omnichannel media strategies for both HCP and consumer audiences. Our work emphasizes transparency, client empowerment, and modern execution through services including: - Customer-journey planning - Media strategy and activation - Measurement - Technology evaluation - In-house capability development - Training The Manager, Beyond Insights (BI) leads the execution of high-quality measurement plans, reporting frameworks, and insight delivery for pharmaceutical media clients. In this role, you will: - Optimize monthly and quarterly reporting processes - Standardize KPI definitions - Guide data visualization best practices - Ensure that clients receive accurate, consistent, and compelling insights - Maintain AI/NotebookLM environments - Drive cross-functional alignment - Collaborate closely with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Data Engineering This role requires strong organizational leadership, excellent communication skills, rigorous QA standards, and the ability to translate complex data into concise, strategic recommendations. This has the opportunity to be client facing, and requires the ability to deliver complex analysis in a digestible way to a diverse audience. This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN. Qualifications - 4-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital media measurement, business intelligence, or related fields - Pharma or healthcare marketing experience - Experience facilitating or contributing to measurement workshops or strategic planning sessions - Experience managing analysts or leading cross-functional reporting pods - Strong knowledge of digital media KPIs, omnichannel measurement, and HCP/DTC media environments - Advanced experience with Tableau, including dashboard QA, visualization principles, and data storytelling - Strong understanding of KPI standardization, measurement logic, and reporting automation principles - Excellent attention to detail, especially in reviewing logic, metrics, and data integrity - Ability to collaborate across Media, Strategy, Account Service, and Data Engineering Requirements - Set the measurement direction for assigned clients, including KPI frameworks, reporting logic, and metric standardization - Maintain consistent definitions and logic across deliverables, ensuring alignment with agency and client expectations - Evaluate KPI shifts due to campaign changes, website updates, or tracking adjustments and guide the analytical response - Lead the structure, sequencing, and efficiency of recurring reporting cycles - Oversee the delivery of monthly and quarterly decks, dashboards, and insight summaries - Improve standard templates, processes, and workflows to ensure consistency and scalability - Craft and present clear, insightful narratives connecting performance with business objectives - Lead Tableau visualization strategies and ensure dashboards present clean, intuitive, decision-ready insights - Oversee the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all client-facing insights - Maintain NotebookLM environments for the BI team, including prompt libraries, structured knowledge bases, and reusable frameworks - Ensure analysts use AI tools effectively for summarization, QA, and analysis acceleration - Partner with Client Service leads to align on reporting expectations, timelines, and measurement needs - Collaborate with Media and Strategy teams to support optimization recommendations and campaign measurement - Work with Data Engineering to resolve data issues, adjust schemas, review specs, and maintain reporting continuity Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package - Generous holiday and paid time off - Options for private medical, dental, and vision plans - Mental wellness coaching and support - Access to more than 13,000 online classes with LinkedIn Learning Pay Range $90,000-$120,000. The anticipated salary range for this position is listed above. • Lead the strategic planning and execution of activities such as targeted literature reviews, evidence generation plans, and real-world evidence (RWE) studies. • Oversee development of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs) and supporting modules (clinical, economic, humanistic, epidemiology/burden, unmet need), ensuring strong evidence traceability, quality, and version control. • Provide strategic direction for HTA submissions and payer evidence packages; contribute to JCA-aligned evidence planning and content development. • Translate evidence into strategic insights that inform market access, reimbursement, and value strategy, including value story development, identification of evidence gaps, and recommendations for future evidence generation. • Ensure scientific rigor, methodological quality, and editorial excellence across all deliverables, including references, tables/figures, and compliance with client and style requirements. • Lead project planning and resourcing across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. • Manage, coach, and develop junior staff and contractors, providing mentorship, feedback, and quality oversight. • Serve as a senior thought partner to internal leadership and clients on evolving evidence standards and trends impacting access decisions.
• Writing headlines and body copy for various types of digital tactics • Conveying scientific information into compelling messages for HCPs and consumers • Creative thinking for campaigns and initiatives • Preparing materials for client copy approval submissions • Collaborating with Account teams and Producers to keep jobs on schedule • Collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, and Developers • Independently running multiple projects • Presenting work to internal members of the team • Participating in client presentations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering positive relationships and addressing any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and objectives • Manage the day-to-day operations of client projects, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review project progress, discuss upcoming initiatives, and identify new opportunities for collaboration • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and growth within the organization
• Lead tactical strategy and planning for campaigns from a brief • Manage a team of Managers/Associates who work on the same accounts • Experienced campaign manager who can train the team to build campaigns in buying platforms, perform QAs and activate according to best practices • Attend meetings/statuses/calls on behalf of account’s team members to ensure proper communication and connection between capability and client/brand needs • Ability to pull platform reporting and generates insights for Analytics readouts and client deliverables • Oversees monthly billing and actualization between vendor and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and processing • Lead planning process alongside senior team members and Integrated Media team • Vet vendor offerings and capabilities on a frequent basis to ensure the team is using best-in-class tech and most advanced tools for respective accounts • Maintain communication with vendor partners • Provide timely updates to all campaign stakeholders, both internal and external • Participates in client meetings & conversations when applicable, with support from senior team members • Supports internal and external communications with team members and partners across several accounts • Leads preparation of client-facing presentation slides summarizing campaign performance, optimizations, recommendations, wrap ups & the like • Onboards and trains Managers/Associates on account specifics, media buying platforms
• Oversee a team of medical writers within assigned therapeutic areas and client accounts • Review and revise medical content to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with client strategies • Counsel and serve as integral partner to clients in the development of various medical strategies • Serve as the primary medical point of contact for clients on projects and deliverables • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of scientific accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Understand project scopes and statuses and partner with account/project leads • Contribute to business growth by supporting the development of new business proposals
